the curse of the cold

the summer

the summer was wonderful for all everyone was having fun at school and making jokes summer was what you would say "Ballin" Anyway me and Brooklyn are great friends, and nothing could get inbeteewn us. as the bell rang, we went into our lockers me, and Brooklyn always went together. as we entered the classroom, we went onto our maths pathways we were sitting next together when we saw the rain. 

the rain worried me " why would it rain in the middle of summer it was 25 degrees today." I said as I wispwerd

I always had known that our friend group would come to an end, but I never thought that it would be so sudden I was so confused why everyone stop and was being so distant. the rain goes on for another 20 minutes and just stops I turn to grey, and they just start talking normal to me like wtf just happened. 

the end of the day comes around and it starts to rain once again it felt like everyone just stopped and stared it was like I just killed my mother. as soon as I get home, I told my father I could tell by the way he turned away that he knew what was happening, but he never told me what was going on.

as the last few hits of the summer heat go, we went to the west beach caravan park, we were splashing, diving and kicking around in the sand. it was all so much fun, and it was one of the best memorise of us all together. 

Brooklyn and I were hanging out and we were talking and i mention it to her but all she said was "curse of the cold..."  she was a very silent person very kept to herself but that's what i like about her I'm loud and not kept to myself and Shes the opposite. 

we all hung around a campfire and ate together I couldn't help to notice Eli and how nice she looked but I may have developed a small crush on her it was weird, and I've never fell in love that quickly I thought that it was weird, but you know it's what happened, and I can't change that.

we headed back to our cabin and Eli ran up to me " Taylor, what's up " she said in a very puffed and tired voice. 'Uh hey Eli what's wrong we usually never talk what's up" " I couldn't help to notice the way you looked at me tonight at the campfire" "huh?" "Just shut up" then she kissed me.

I woke up on the floor of my bedroom with my leg half draping on the edge of my bed with my bed sheet on the floor with me. I went into the dining area just to find Eli at the dining table and my breakfast already made "hey the others already left, and I booked it for a few more days" I smiled as she looked happy, I didn't know if she though that we were dating but it seemed like it and I enjoy it.   

after breakfast Eli took me to the pool it was quite romantic. she threw me in to the pool and then she jumped in and gave me a kiss. " Oh my god I knew it there in love, I have to go tell the others." they said. Eli and I decided to go home as it was getting dark her hair was short and cute even when it was wet, we packed up to go home the next day.
