It was a regular day in the regular life in Inkopolis.

People were doing turf wars, simping for marina, buying stuff. There was nothing else to do.

And then theres 2 random inklings called Catsby and Teato, partying because for some reason it was 'forbidden' in turf war.

They were kicked out, because of the darn rotations, and so read the news.

GRIZZ CO, NOW HIRING! (ad)

that caught the inkling's attention.

Teato: "Wanna go to grizz co, then?"

Catsby: "I dunno, you decide."

Then after a hour or something arguing whether or not to go, they eventually went.

Mr. Grizz: "Hey, inklings. You want a job?"

Out of all things, Teato and Catsby did not expect a wooden bear statue to talk to then offering a job.

But they've (probably) dealt with worse so they just accepted it. What could go wrong?

As soon as they nodded, the grizz co statue slapped their work clothes onto them.

Mr Grizz: As your boss, you need to under go training because of regulations n' that. Now get in the helicopter.

To not get in trouble on their first day, they just went in there in silence.

(i know that in splatoon 2 its a ship and in splatoon3 its a helicopter but shush)

And then went the training.

They landed on a small island, surrounded by greenish water.

Mr grizz then came on their radios.

Mr Grizz: Jobs simple, Get eggs to the basket and survive. But only the boss salmonoids drop eggs. We need the golden ones....

Sheesh.

And the inklings thought Sheldon talked too much.

If anything they'll read the training manual later.

Mr Grizz: Okay, so first lets go through all the kinds of bosses you'll find here.

After 10-15 minutes, the two inklings completed their training. They superjumped back onto the helicopter, and flew off back to inkopolis.

Mr Grizz: Alright, Its time for you two to finally get on the runs. If you need a refresher, you can always check the manual.

As much as the bear wanted to have the two listen, they've already listened too much to Sheldon's full on essay's on weapons.

Teato selected on the 'friends' option and set up a room, which Catsby joined. Eventually, two more random people joined.

(for the sake of this lets just called them TM1 and TM2)

And they all went into the helicopter to go to work.
