She went out to check and to her surprise , virat had came there and not alone but with all his luggage ...

Ab maine tumhe apne quarters rkha tha na jab tumhare paas rehne ki jagaah nhi thi toh ab jab mere pass jagah nhi hai toh tum mujhe rkhogi ..
S - aapke paas rehne ki jaagaah kyu nhi hai ? Mtlb police quarters hai toh ..
V - waha kuchh problem hai , toh main waha nhi reh skta .... Isliye yaha aa gya ...
S - lekin yaha kaise rhenge aap .. I mean ek hi kamra hai yaha ..
V - haan toh ?? Mere police quarters mein jaha tum 2 din rhi thi waha bhi ek kamra tha .. koi baat nhi hum adjust kr lenge ..
Ab main fresh hokar aata hoon...btw breakfast kya bnaya hai tumne ?
She was confused the way he was behaving ..

After reading the letter , virat was hell confused and scared for sai at the same time ..
And then he went to enquire about the medicine that he secretly took from sai s room ..
Dr was somehwat little shocked to see the medicine ..
V - doctor ..kis cheez ke liye hai yeh dwayiya ...
Dr - panic attacks control krne ke liye ...
Koi jo bout zyada depression mein ho aur use drr ya akelepan ke kaaran panic attacks aaye toh tab yeh medicines di jaati hai patient ko control krne ke liye ...
Kaafi strong medicines hai yeh , and yeh doctors tabhi prescribe krte hai agar choti choti baat par patient ko attacks aaye .....
Virat was hell shocked to know all this. ! He was going through mixed emotions ....
He controlled hismelf and without wasting a second went to sai s hospital where she was working as an intern as it was the only place where he could get information about her

As he went there. , He met her friend ....
V - mujhe sai ke baare mein jaana hai .. dekhiye mujhe pta chla hai ki inn kuchh mahino mein aap sai ki kaafi khas dost bnn gyi hai and mujhe yeh bhi pta hai ki woh theek nhi hai ...
Friend - main jaanti hoon sir ki sai theek nhi hai ... Shuru se shuru kre .
Sai kuchh mahine pehle Mumbai aayi thi ..yaha kisiko nhi jaanti thi bilkul akeli thi ..
Chup chup rehte thi..bas apne kaam tak mtlb rkhti thi ..aur ab bhi vaise hi hai .
Usse baat krne par , dosti krne par pta chla ki uska iss sheher mein hi nhi blki iss duniya mein hi koi nhi hai ..woh akeli hai ..
V - aisa sai ne kaha aap se ?
F - ji .. us hi ne btaya ... Woh married hai lekin woh shaadi ek deal thi , and uske aur uske husband ka rishta toot gya jab woh deal puri ho gyi ...
Woh jab baatein krti thi , toh Aisa lgta tha ki woh pyaar krti hai unse aur unse alag hona uski marzi nhi thi .... But usne kabhi iss baare mein baat hi nhi ki aur hum agar uske husband ya family ke baare mein kuchh kahe toh woh ek lafz nhi sunti unke khilaaf .
Phir kuchh samay baad , sai ko kuchh calls aane lge threatening calls ... Dhamkiya , koi purana bdla ..aise baatein infact yeh sab calls toh use ab bhi aate hai . 3 - 4 din pehle hi meri usse baat hui aur usne btay ki use phir call aya tha ..
3 - 4 din pehle kaha tha sai ??
F - apne husband ke saath .... She really felt safe aur maine usse kaha bhi ki woh apne husband se iss baare mein kre but then usne kaha ki woh already bout ehsaan kr chuke hai and woh unn par aur boj nhi daalna chahti ..
All these things were hurting virat ....
F - prank calls ...luk chhupnkr attacks .. yeh sab kuchh kafi zyada ho gya tha .. police bhi koi strong action nhi le rhi thi ..
Aur isi bheech sai depression mein chli gyi .....
Akelepan aur upar se iss sab ke kaaran .. then woh depression mein chli gyi ..
Use panic attacks start ho gye ... Usne councilling shuru kr rkhi hai , but that does not work much ..
Being a doctor , I understand ki councelling ka strong effect tabhi hi skta hai jab koi apna saath ho hume comfort krne ke liye ...aur ab toh yeh murder case ka stress alag ...
Main bas itna hi jaanti hoon. ..
Virat was hell shocked !!
He could not believe that sai is suffering from so much since so long .. he was no where with her when she needed her the most ....
He could realise that she was almost dying everyday !
He was feeling ashamed for leaving her midway like this ... He was repenting his actions ....he could realise that he acted selfish and could no where fulfill the promise given to her aaba ...

V ( in mind ) maine tabhi soch liya tha sai ki main tumhe akela nhi shhod rha ... Main tumhare saath , tumhare pass hi rhunga atleast jb tk tum theek nhi ho jaaati ..... Tumhare chehre ki muskan , aakho ki chamk jo meri wajah se khtm hui hai , main hi use waapis layoonga .... I promise you !
