After what seems like hours the nurse finally tells you that you can see Sarah. She had been hit by a drunk driver. You open the door to her room and she's asleep. She looks like she's doing okay but she's still pretty badly beaten up. "Grayson I'm going to stay with her you can go." "I'm not leaving you y/n." "Really Gray you don't have to." "I'm not leaving your side until everything's okay." The more you think about it you realize that you actually really want him to stay with you. Grayson calls his mom to tell her where he is and you realize you should probably call your mom too and you step out of the room. You tell her what happened and she's freaking out. "I'm flying home tonight!" "No mom she's okay really." You know if your mom misses the meetings she supposed to be attending, she could get fired and her company has no sympathy. You finally calm her down and convince her that it's going to be okay. When you come back in you're a little shaken up again and Grayson just sits with you and hugs you. His warmth is so comforting and it's everything you need right now. Later that night you realize you haven't eaten anything since lunch earlier in the day. Your stomach growls loudly. Grayson takes that as his cue and goes to get you food. He brings back some comfort food and you both just sit and eat quietly while your sister sleeps. Becky finds out what happened and her and Ethan come over. You all sit there and talk waiting for Sarah to wake up. "You all didn't have to come and stay seriously I have the best friends and boy friend in the world." You look over and Sarah is starting to wake up. She has bloody gauze all over her face from where the glass hit her. Her bandages need to be changed and you ask Ethan to go grab a doctor. The doctor comes in and tells you she's doing well and she's going to be okay but she got hit pretty hard and it's going to take some recovery time. Grayson holds your hand again as you both go up to the bedside. Sarah slowly opens her eyes. "Who are you?"
