When he was 6 his father left and his mother was very poor  they lived in a homeless shelter for a both then they moved in with his uncle/the mothers brother

His uncle took half custody of him

When Robin would see his father rarely his father would insult him saying stuff like

"Pussy". "Girly" "Maria why don't you cut the boys hair?"  "Selfish"

(Maria is his mother)

Robin would cry and his father made fun of him for it saying that 'boys don't cry' which made robin Barry  his emotions

Once when Robin turned  15  his father should uo to the small family party

All his father did was drink

When Robin went to go to his room to grab something he Heard thudding from his moms room and silent crying

He opened the door and saw his father beating his mother

Then robin got PISSED his mother was his pretty much everything he shoved his father off and grabbed a broken piece of glass from a beer bottle

And put it to his neck ofc his father was stronger

But his father smiled and said "I know you can't do it."

His father was right he couldn't

His father shoved him off his father just left he helped his mother then later during the night he cried ALOT

When he went missing his mother killed herself
And his sisters were taken cared of his uncle

Before his mother killed herself she wouldn't eat,sleep or do anything she would only cry and cry
She even ignored her daughters
