What's School?

Tommy immediately spat out the drink, coughing and wiping his tongue. Ranboo and Tubbo laughed at the sight of him grabbing water to wash away the bitter taste.

"It's okay, Tommy. I don't like apple blood either." Luz chuckled. King was busy chasing after Ranboo's tail.

"How are you even my kid if you don't like apple blood? It's a staple of the Clawthornes." Eda said, coming down in a red dress.

Tubbo and Luz had been up the earliest, drawing something called 'glyphs'. Tommy didn't pay much mind, instead going straight for what he thought was apple juice.

"Luz, why are you eating eggs with no salt or pepper?" Tubbo randomly asked, shoving some glyphs into the pocket of his green jacket, which was lounged across his lap. Everyone, excluding Eda, was still in pajama's.

"Oh, I can't really stomach any of the food here, so I eat griffin eggs! And The salt here sucks out all of the water in your body. The pepper also attempts to suffocate you." Luz said, seeming to have flashbacks. "But you might also need to eat these, since you're all not accustomed.."

Tommy snorted. "Kid, we've eaten rotten flesh before. I'm sure we'll be fine."

"Flesh? I like your style!" King said, giving a claws-up as he attempted to grab Ranboo's swishing tail. Ranboo chuckled. "We don't tend to do it on a daily, but it's an easy food source for when we need it." He corrected, giggling at King's futile attempts to get his tail.

A beep noised in the room, and Luz pulled out a Tomadachi. She smiled reading it over, standing up from her chair. She started walking but stopped at the doorframe, turning around.

"Hey, I have a school that I go to, and uh, would you want to come too? You'd be able to meet my friends, and you'd learn more about this world, and maybe how to get out!" Luz excalimed, now looking more hopeful. Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo looked at each other, grinned, and looked back to nod.

"Ranboo, did you grab our clothes? I know you used my jacket, but did you grab anything else?"
"Thankfully, I did! Let's go!"

"So this is Hexside? Looks like a shit-show to me." Tommy muttered, arms crossed. Because of the heat of the Isles, Tubbo and Tommy tied their jackets around their waists. Ranboo did the same with the jacket of his suit.

"Tommy, be nice. This is one of the best schools I've seen!"
"You haven't seen any schools, Ran." Tubbo interrupted smugly.

Luz chuckled as she lead them through the doors. Students wandered through, all wearing the same uniforms but with different colored sleeves and pants, some even had multi-colored ones. A group of three walked over.

"Luz! Wait, who are they?" A purple-haired teen said, pointing at the tall (and short, for Tubbo's case) trio.

"This is Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo. They're actually from a different realm as well, but it's not the Human Realm. And they don't know how to make a portal, sadly." Luz said, much to 2/3 of the trio's dismay. On the other hand, the youngest of the group's eyes were practically out of his head.

"Luz, you found another human? Tell me, what are the metal things on kid's teeth? What are your secrets? Can you... read minds?" He asked Tommy, getting too close for comfort.

"Gus, leave them alone!" A ravenette girl with green accents to her uniform said, pulling 'Gus' back. "Sorry about him, he's a big human enthusiast." She said, apologetically. Tommy took note of her elfish-ears; they were similar to the ones Eda had. The purple haired and the youngest had them as well, as did most of the humanoid students.

"Well, the metal things are called braces and they're used to straighten teeth, I won't tell you and no, we can't." Tommy answered calmly, not realizing the approaching footsteps.

"Luz, who are these? They don't go here." An old man spoke, stopping near them. He had a strange demon over his head.

"Principal Bump! These are people from another realm! They showed up and I hope it's okay that they're here...?" Luz replied, sounding more nervous near the end.

"Hmm. I guess I'll allow it. Don't let them cause trouble. I'm Hieronymus Bump, principal of Hexside."

"Tommy Innit."
"Tubbo."
"Ranboo, sir." The trio replied, Tommy obviously questioning the name "Bump".

"So, tell us how the Isles work again?" Tubbo said, trailing after Luz. It was lunchtime by now, and Luz had been going over the basics of the land.

"There's ten covens in total including the Emperors Coven. Everybody studies different types of magic and usually they're branded with a coven. People who aren't are called wild witches, and they can do all sorts of powerful magic!" Luz excalimed.

Over with Willow, Gus and Ranboo, the discussion was different.

"-and blazes are scary fire monsters from a dimension called the Nether." Ranboo said, much to the intent of Gus and Willow.

An already great friendship was about to expand.
