Chapter 5: Washed the spider out

"ALEX!" I shouted at him. There was blood on his fist, his mask, and his shirt.

"Justin, just leave me alone and let me do this." He said.

"Alex, you need to stop and think about what you're doing," I explained to him. He snapped.

"You don't understand what this means to mean! If you did... you would be on my side" he said.

"Then help me understand!" I shouted.

"He took away everything from me, so I'll take everything from him, starting with his life" he then explained. His anger has completely consumed him.

"Alex, I wanted to kill the man who killed my dad believe me, but this won't bring him back. You need closure and you need to move on. You think you're brother would've wanted this?" I told him.

He looked at me, looked at tombstone, then looked back at me. He looked right back at tombstone.

"Heh, you seriously think this killer can be redeemed?" Tombstone said.

"Shut up, you don't know what you're talking about. He's not a killer like you, he would only kill if he has to" I told him.

"Oh yeah, you don't know, now I may be a killer, but Alex is as well. Alex didn't kill when he had to, he did it for fun, I just recruited him so he can do my work for me." Tombstone explained.

He then proceeded to reach for something in his jacket, a news article. I twipped it from him and looked at the byline, 'Man-Spider hunt continues, hundreds dead and climbing', and to my surprise it was him like his picture was on the front page.

"So this whole time you were lying? You are a serial killer?"

"I only kill when I would have to, he's just lying!"

"Oh okay, so this piece of paper, it's all just made up?" I asked.

"He's just trying to get in your head he made that up"

"Bullshit! Alex, there's a reason why I have a no-killing rule, because of crap like this!" I explained to him, he just ignored me.

I pulled him off of tombstone and said "Think about what you're doing, this is wrong, you can still change"

"Funny, his brother said the same thing, before I put a bullet into his head," Tombstone said.

Alex just went back to beating the absolute shit out of him.

Dammit!

What I did next was for the best but remember that Magic Web Shooter? I used that on Tombstone and he disappeared, Alex was pissed.

"Why the hell did you do that!" He demanded.

"What was I supposed to do? Let you just beat him to a pulp?"

"Yes! I told you to let me do this and you didn't listen!"

"Hey, none of this would've ever happened if you didn't let your temper get to you and listened to me!"

"It would've been a different story if it was your dad's killer!" He exclaimed.

"No, I wouldn't kill him, I'd just let the law take care of him" I explained.

He was furious, and it would get ugly real fast.

I guess in his mind that if he grabbed my magic shooter, he can figure out how to bring him back to finish the job or something I don't know. So here's how everything went. His anger was making him not think straight.

"Justin, give me your web shooter, now"

"I'm not giving you anything"

He stepped closer to me.
