Alana is a successful wedding planner looking to expand her business horizons and venture into destination weddings. With her plan of action in place, and with one particular destination in mind, she finds herself on the beautiful island of Skiathos...
Now I really want to set the scene for this story and to do that I'm going to show you some of the aspects of Skiathos which fit into our story and where our imaginations come into it. So, the photo below is an area of Skiathos Town. Now this plays a BIG part in the story. The area on the left is filled with tavernas and shops etc that line from where the port starts all the way around the corner. The cobbled walkway leading out into the sea is where boats and ferries come in and dock. Now the most important part is the small island with lots of trees. In reality, I believe the building is a restaurant, but in our story, we're going to pretend a beautiful traditional church that sits there. (This will all start to make sense as you read, and if you want to pop back to this section as you do then do so!)
