--timeskip 500 years later(present time)--
You walk through town, a hand on your swords sheath, staring ahead with narrowed eyes, humming, twirling a spider lilly in your other free hand.
You pass an alleyway side eyeing it, seeing dead bodies of thugs laying there, all cut up into small pieces as you raise a brow curious. "..."
Sighing you continue walking, not paying much mind to the alley, humming as a pair of red eyes stare into the back of your head.
Having the feeling of being watched you fastened your pace, trying to disappear into the crowd of lively people.
After a few minutes of navigating through crowds you felt alone again as you sighed in relief, gripping the hilt of your sword.
Muzan sat on a roof in the entertainment district, one leg dangling off the roof as he glares around tsking. "..nobody worth eating."
He glares through the crowds with narrowed eyes, reaching a hand up to his hat and feeling a red spider lilly, adjusting it.
You walk around smiling and admiring the lights as a child, gripping your red flower.
Muzan jumps down, slowly walking through the crowds of people annoyed, staring ahead with narrowed eyes as a girl bumps into him and she falls down as he raises his hand, blood red strings appearing and going to slice her before they stop an inch away from her face as he stares at y/n, his breath hitching instantly and stumbling back.
You stare into his blood red eyes filled with sorrow as they stare back into yours, filled with fear.
You quickly grip your sword and stand up, dashing into the crowd huffing as he quietly stares after you, unmoving.
"..y/n..."
"..i kept my promise love."
