Y/n's pov
I smiled of the memories of the previous night when i woke up, i checked the time to see i have twenty minutes to get ready and be at work. Rushingly i got up, got dressed. Put rings on and afew necklaces. Then grabbed my phone threw on shoes and was out the door. I finally made it to work to see allie
"New record! Two minutes before opening. Come on before we have to open idiot." allie said laughing at me. I grumbled something along the like of 'fuck you' or a tired slur of words. As i desperately tried to wake up in time. And right on cue allie went and opened the door a minute or so later. While walking abck she said "Juliet, your romeos here." I looked up and saw tommy then slammed my head on the table I was standing at
"Wow not happy to see me" He said in his stupid british accent. That i adore so much.
"First off we broke a law last night and now im tired" i said whining on my loss of sleep.
Allie looked at me with a 'fill me in' look. I nodded my head tiredly at her gaze.
I saw tommy was carrying coffee.
"Give me your drink." i said, demanding his drink
"No, i drank out of it i dont want your nasty ass mouth on my cup of coffee" Tommy replied with a scoff
"Thomas Simons coffeeith nowith" i said swatting at him from a far. he groaned then handed me his cup. I Kept drinking it
"Your not getting it back." i said smiling
"Planned on it." he said shaking his head, smiling
He walked behind the table after a while to see me watching 'hotel translyvania'
"Why the fuck are you watching a childs movie" tommy looked at me shaking his head
"I may be gay but i am straight for Mavis SHES SO FUCKING HOT" i said not taking my eyes off the laptop. he shook his head, watching it too. I would pause it every time someone walked in and tommy would look at a random shelf before they bought something and left and we would go back ot watching the movie again.
Halfway through the movie, i grabbed tommys hand. He squeezed my hand once and i squeezed it back. And it stayed like that for a lot longer
3rd person pov
Allie looked over at Y/n from her phone to see her best friend holding hands with a guy she approved of. She smiled and snapped a picture quick. Just for later. She didnt want to bother them or ruin the moment like the good friend she was. And went back to scrolling on instagram looking at tommy every once and a while.
Unlike tommy who saw it all happen. Allie and tommy kept extanging glances. Having a awkward silent conversation. That they both couldnt understand.
Tommy smiled. Allie approves, ats another step closer he thought while watching hte movie again, but really he was looking at Y/n the entire time.
How his eyes would light up anytime a scene he enjoyed came on. Or how he gently smiled at every odd reference made, it was a true genuine smile. A smile allie's seen all the time when Y/n talks about tommy.
And it was Allies turn to take matters into her own hands. If their ever going to get together. Allies going to be the reason, because both boys are pushing down their feelings for two reasons:
1. Their scared of rejection
2. They may never see or talk to one another after 14 days.
And allie was making her plan.
