"Well to make a long story short i decided to sacrifice my heart similar to how i sacrificed my left arm ,so now i'm a Dragon Devil hybrid".Issei explained.
"So how did you get to top tier high-class power in just 2 weeks?".Rias asked
"Well the truth is i learned how to put up time barrier spells that allowed me to up my training efficiency".He stated.
"Wait how does that work?".Xenovia asked curious.
"Oh hey xenovia didn't know you joined kuoh academy.Anyways do any of you guys know Dragon ball z?".He asked.
"Yeah it's one of my favorite manga and anime series".Rias said after all she was a massive otaku.

"Woah you've trained a lot.Anyway issei the three biblical factions are having a meeting in a bout a week from now so you need to be on your best behavior".Rias explained.
