"Sigh* she's alive thank god"- Avery. I smirked
"God? Whoever that is, he's not any help in here"- I said coldly and left.
I got to my room and took the first aid kit, sat down and dressed my wounds.
Everyone's just so chaotic. I wonder how the three is doing?
Should I check?
"Nah, I'm too exhausted" I said to myself and hit the bed
*NEXT DAY*
Our names got in the list of who's done their orders
And even though Rye looked pretty bad, she still got to class or else she couldve been dead from the punishment
"Jill"- Hydee called.
I ignored her and continued to read my book.
"Great work last night but um,, I just wanna remind you to be careful"- she added.
I knew what she meant. Its not just us who's looking for someone to kill, a group might target us soon too. Especially with Rye looking so weak and pathetic.
"I know"- I answered her.
*Recess*
"How're you Rye?"- Avery
"Good thing you didnt go into the light huh."- Hydee and laughed.
"Why.are.we.together?."- I sternly asked, its usually just me and Hydee so I dont see the reason for this two to be here. Not that I really care, its just annoying
" We need to be ready for an attack, we cant just leave rye all by her poor self right?"- avery
"Yeah Jill, chill out"- Hydee
"So youre telling me, we'll be stuck with each other for 4 days?"
"Sorry Jill, am I being a bother?"- Rye
Damn this is frustrating
"It's fine Rye, I was just making sure"- I answered and the two smiled.
As were sitting in the cafeteria murmurs began.
I didn't bother at first but then I heard
"Its Salliavar and her gang"- girl 1
"They haven't done the order right? What if theyre looking for their targets?"-girl2
"We'd better get outta here"- girl 1
I looked up and saw Salliavar with her eyes as dead as ever making her way to the cafeteria and her gang obviously looking for targets
Salliavars eyes and mine locked, she stopped walking and looked at me straight.
I avoided her glare and she started walking again out of the cafeteria
"Shit, what was that about?"- avery
"Was she looking at us?"- Rye
They didn't really come here to look for targets right?
Damn this presence of mine
I shouldn't have looked her in the eye.
Rye is still not in any condition to fight, to be honest I don't know about Avery and Hydee's condition but I know its enough to slow them down for the meantime. Its best if we avoid fights.
"Try not to make conflicts , not till rye is fully healed"- I said and started to walk away.
I have to figure out whats going on in Salliavars head. Is she mad because we killed some 3rd years?
