UNPREDICTABLE

Chapter 4

Sarah's pov.
"Sarah calm down, what do you mean Craig's back" said mum in a quiet voice, "Luke an I were walking and then a car pulled up next to us and it was his car with the flames down the side, so I ran back here, mum what do we do he's back" I said in a really panicked voice "Sarah it can't be he's in jail" mum said trying to stay calm "that's what I thought too but it was him I swear".

Luke's pov.
Sarah was really panicked and I didn't know what to do. I didn't know who this Craig person was but by the sounds of it, it's someone Sarah and her mum never want to see again. I went up to Sarah and put my arms around her, I tried to calm her down but she just kept crying.

Sarah's pov.
I was in Luke's arms and he was trying to calm me down but all I could think about was Craig and those past years of what he did to me and my mum.

Mum was down stairs calling the police and telling them what was happening, meanwhile I was upstairs in Luke's arms and him trying to calm me down, funny enough he did and he's was really calm about the whole situation even though he didn't know all this Craig business.

I didn't really think about the crush thing I had on Luke at that point, I was just happy that he was comforting and that made me feel a lot better.

Luke sat down on my bed and I sat next to him "I don't know what or who Craig is and I know we've only been talking for a few hours but I want you to know that I'm here if you need me" Luke said in a comforting voice "thank you Luke" and he pulled me into another hug.

Luke's pov.
Sarah and I sat there for a few hours until 3 in the morning, she told me about Craig and why she never wanted to see him again, how he abused her mum and her. I was happy she told me all about it so now I understand what she's going through.

Sarah's pov.
I told Luke all about Craig and how he abused my mum and I, it was good because he totally understood and was still the comforting Luke. By this time mum had Called the police and she said they were out looking for him and they knew that he had escaped jail, mum was in bed sleeping I hope.

Luke's pov.
It was now 3:30 and we had school the next day, I texted mum to tell her where I was and she said its all good to stay if I want to. Sarah spoke up and said "we need some sleep", "I can go home if you want" "you can sleep here it's fine" "ok thank you". Sarah had a big king size bed so she slept on her normal side and I slept on the other.

Sarah's pov.
Luke slept on the other side of the bed and I didn't mind it, he went to sleep and I stayed awake for a while, I still couldn't get that fact that Craig could be outside our house right now but I ended up falling asleep.
