Project Emerald

The New Beginning

                     In a world with a planet called Mobius, a planet with both the humanoid animal race, called the Mobians, and the humans living together in peace. Well, not until this so-called Eggman Empire led by Dr. Eggman, who has ruled parts of the planet, but seeks to rule the whole planet. As Eggman plans to do so, a blue hedgehog named Sonic, is always there to stop Eggman and his plans, and he is not alone. He has his trusty companion and best friend named Tails, he even has allies and friends like Knuckles, Shadow, Mighty, Ray, Silver, and so much more, he is also in a group called the Freedom Fighters. As they had formed together, they stopped Eggman many times over to protect their planet and their home.
                     At this moment in time, Sonic and his friends are living in a happy life. But Eggman, on the other hand, is planning something big for Sonic and his friends, an invention that would change everything. Meanwhile, Sonic the Hedgehog is just running through Green Hills, running wild and living fast and free. Till then, he stops at a spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and the sun shining down, even with the feeling of the wind breeze.

Sonic: *Showing a smile on his face* Hellllooooo Green Hills!!! *Emitting an echo throughout Green Hills. Then, he sits down and looks at the beautiful view of the ocean with the sun shining above*

*Green Hills is a very lively place as well, with small crickets wherever you'd turn your head. On the branches of the trees are squirrels, on the lush green grass lay rabbits that stared at the blue hedgehog curiously before hopping away, and in the bright blue skies flew dozens of blue birds chirping peacefully. Also, in the skies was a red plane soaring through the air with the pilot being a small yellow-orange double tailed fox, known as Miles Prower or as everyone calls him and likes to be called, "Tails".*

Tails: Hey Sonic! *Shouting out from inside the cockpit of the "Tornado", slowly coming to a descent*

Sonic: *He hears a familiar voice and turns his head to Tails in his Tornado. He smiles and waves at Tails as is descending* Hey Tails!

*Tails lands his plane before jumping out and running to Sonic with excitement*

Tails: Sonic! What are you doing here?

Sonic: Oh, I'm just enjoying the view and feeling the cool breeze.

Tails: This sure is a great view!

Sonic: *He breaths in and out slowly* To be honest, I had a thought about something Tails.

Tails: Oh? What is it Sonic?

Sonic: Do you ever wonder what's out there Tails?

Tails: Like what?

Sonic: Like a world that you just wanted to go to.

Tails: I don't know what you mean. Well, I mean we visited a lot of places like Pumpkin Hill, Emerald Hill, An aqua place, that casino place, etc.

Sonic: Yeah, but that's not what I mean Tails. What I mean is a world that is huge and unique, somewhere new and being able to explore in it. We can be able to make new journeys within and see exciting things waiting for us out there.

Tails: Wow, umm...that does sound really cool. I'm curious about what made you think of this.

Sonic: Well, you know me. I always love to run and explore places. It's just some wishful thinking or something like that. Anyways, what brings you here Tails?

Tails: Well, the Tornado just had repairs done so I took it for a test flight to see if everything is working as it should! Then, I saw you standing here and here I am! Speaking of that, I imagine you've been bored lately with zero activity from Eggman in quite some time.
