They all headed out as the gang followed the vehicles behind them. They passed through a destroyed city with little zombies. The soldiers used their guns with silencers to kill them with no noise so that they don't alert any zombies nearby.
Silent but deadly, they have been dealt with.
Darwin was in the front seat, pondering whether to tell the others about why the quest.
"Hey, Darwin,"
"Hm?" He turns around. "What is it Draco?"
"I remembered the way I was holding Aster and that wasn't intentional. It's just bad habits of my past relationships."
"I have no comment but I'll forgive you because you saved Aster inside the classroom."
Leon also stated about the time when they pushed the zombie toward Draco.
"It's alright Leon, we good guys?"
The two nodded and Draco was happy as he smiled a little while Darwin looked in front and pondered.
While driving Aster was sleepy. She would slowly close her eyes but opens them again but ultimately failed as she fell asleep to her left which was Leon's shoulder. Draco was envious and Leon looked at him and smugly.
Two hours passed and the sky was cloudy. One of the vehicles turned to the right and when Ruth looked there, it was a military base.
"I think we are here."
Aster woke up from her nap as the gang looked at the military base. They went inside but the guards stopped them.
"Who are you and why did you follow the convoy?"
"Don't worry boys there with me."
"Major Arthur, we salute to the Major!"
"At ease. Let them through."
"Yes sir!"
The guards let them pass through and Ruth parked the car near the entrance. Everyone got out while Arthur went to them.
"So, I got something to say to you all but first, Leon, your sister is inside the second tent in the middle. Go meet her."
"Is she here?"
"Go see for yourself."
Leon smiled and headed out to the second tent. On the other hand, "Major Arthur, I would like to give you all of our weapons."
"Weapons?"
"Yeah, we talked about it and we will give it to you and experiment with them."
"What kind of weapons?"
Darwin looked at Draco and nodded. Draco grabbed the bamboo practice sword and Arthur remembered that he saw a decapitated head.
"Did that weapon decapitate one of the gangsters?"
"Yes, I was hoping for you to give them to the scientists at the headquarters and figure it out but I already have a theory."
"What's the theory?"
"Remember the system that you told me about, this is a game."
"A game?"
Darwin explained to Arthur his theory. On the other hand, Leon was in the tent and saw Lita. She also saw him and Leon ran towards her and gave her a big hug because she was safe and sound.
"So your saying, we are players but not players?" Arthur's brain was about to explode.
"To make it simpler, Non-Players. I and Leon read too much system-based Manhwas."
While talking, the three helped grabbed the weapons from the trunk and gave them to the soldiers to put in storage so that in the future they can use them again. More weapons more firepower except for their main weapons.
"This is too much to handle, I'm getting old."
"The system that you saw, is it that much to handle and you don't even look old."
"I'm in my mid-20s and yet you youngsters are the new generation of the old generation."
The two laughed.
"Oh and before I forget, what's your name and the rest of the gang?"
We transition to them one by one as their names are being called."Darwin, Leon, Aster, Draco, Ruth, and Lita."
"Alright Darwin, I'll keep that in mind. I'm Arthur, Major Arthur."
"Nice to meet you, Arthur."
"Now then, would you like to train on how to use guns properly?"
Darwin grinned.
"Sure."

The person yawned as he was annoyed by the ping sound from the notification while peacefully sleeping. He read everything and that's just the start. Everything will be more interesting and the difficulty will rise.
On the other hand, Leon told her everything that has happened to him.
