Chuuya had grown to enjoy Dazai's presence. Walking in silence with the brunette wasn't awkward, it was comforting. The way the tall one would walk so elegantly, swinging his hips in time with his steps, the way his hair flowed in the wind all around them, how beautiful the brunette looked in the sunlight. Chuuya just couldn't get enough of him.
Dazai had always loved the aura around Chuuya. It was full of energy, but so peaceful at the same time. Every chance he could get, the brunette would bask in the feeling of the redhead. Just the way he himself existed made Dazai feel warm. How they could sit or walk together in silence, flowing in time with each other's steps, comfortable in the silence between them, this was something the brunette could get used to.
"Say Dazai, why do you always stare at me hm~" The redhead chimed up, breaking the silence.
"I don't know what you mean chibi, I -never- stare at you!" Dazai chirped back, causing the redhead to...giggle?
"Yes you do"
"No ,I don't!!"
"Yes, you do~"
"Ugh, whatever...you know you suck right?" The brunette rolled his eyes.
Chuuya couldn't stop laughing; not at Dazai, but how he acted like a teenager that was -so- offended by something simple.
"You're the one who's acting like a kid Mackerel."
Dazai couldn't say anything back, the redhead was right. But the brunette enjoyed trying to annoy the little chibi, it was just such a necessary thing to do. It was as if Dazai was born to try and make Chuuya angry, but as the days went on, it seemed like the redhead had become softer towards Dazai's relentless teasing and annoyance. Maybe the brunette liked that idea...

Once the two men got to Dazai's apartment, Dazai started to collect a few articles of clothing, toiletries, and 5 books?
"Do you really need all those books?" Raising an eyebrow, the redhead huffed
"Uh, yes? I like reading okay!" Dazai rolled his eyes.
Scrunching his shoulders up, Chuuya replied, "Jeez okay! No need to act offended, shitty Mackerel."
Ignoring the brunette, Chuuya went back to helping Dazai get his things together. After an hour or so of packing, they finally collected everything the brunette would need for a while. Walking to the front door, They open it and start heading back to Chuuya's home.
"Since there's so much stuff, why don't we take the train to my place?" Chuuya said as he glanced at Dazai
Shrugging, Dazai hummed "Whatever you say chibi~"
After the 15-minute walk, the two finally arrived at the train station. It wasn't super busy, but being that they lived in Yokohama, it was full of people. Dazai seemed uncomfortable to all the people, his shoulders and back were tensing up, and he was holding his breath. Trying his best to comfort him, the redhead slipped his hand and fingers between the brunettes. Noticing how cold he felt. As if Dazai knew what Chuuya was doing, the brunette simply let it happen, not doing much to keep the hand in his from hanging loosely, but still holding on.
They boarded the train and got situated on the seat that was closest to the back wall of the train car. Somehow, time had slipped past them, and it was already the early evening. Dazai's whole body felt tired, probably from being around all those people. He tried his best to keep his eyes open and act aware, but the feeling of Chuuya right next to him made the brunette want to fall into a deep sleep.
