Katsuki doesn't like Shoto.
He can't. It's impossible.

Shoto Todoroki is dog shit. And he's a stupid, monotone, half n half bastard who's Ill-mannered and has daddy issues.

Why the hell would Katsuki like him?
He has no reason to. Love is for shit faced citizens who have got enough time on they're hands to deal with emotions and shit. That wasn't Katsuki's place.. he was the best. No time to get wrapped up with falling in love.

Yet; every day, without failure. When Shoto walks into the class room Katsuki no longer feels upset. All his doubts and anxiety is wiped away when his attention falls on Shoto's tall, attractive, slender yet muscular build. His perfectly constructed face —which he seems to be insecure about— and his mitch match colored eyes.

His perfect complexion and his unreasonably sweet but dull mentality. He's not exactly polite, he's quiet, he's strong and he takes care of him self. All qualities Katsuki could see himself growing as a person next to. Yet Katsuki refuses to allow himself to acknowledge his befitting traits. And occasionally, to Katsuki's surprise, Shoto attempts to talk to him in the mornings.

Though Katsuki being Katsuki, he only scoffs and and turns his head away, when this happens, Shoto simply smiles and walks past the boy to go talk to fucking Deku. That small smile is so effortlessly annoying.

But so captivating as well.
Every time Katsuki thinks about the fact that Shoto only gives that smile to him, his heart flutters, much to the blondes demise.
'That shit's so corny.' He thought to himself, his head low and his eyes closed.

He sat alone on a bench next to a large tree in the yard of the UA dorms. It was getting cold outside. About 20-30 degrees if he had to guess. Katsuki liked the fall. Despite his quirk being harder to manage in cool weather. The blonde allows himself to relax, lowering his guard and leaving his defense up to his senses.

Foot steps approached Katsuki's area, his blood red eyes immediately shot open and his relaxed features became filled with annoyance and defense.
Which one of these fuckers was planning to interrupt his peace now?? He just wanted to enjoy the changing weather. And there was no one with enough chill to not spoil it-

"Bakugou." A familiar voice called out. Katsuki looked up, two toned hair and mis matched eyes soulfully gracing his presence.
Todoroki.
"Yeah? What??" That came out much less hostile then Katsuki meant for it to. God help him.

Shoto didn't speak, just glanced at him for a moment before sitting down on the opposite side of the bench, which touched a different tree.

"Are you cold.." he asked quietly after a minute, warm breath thickening then disappearing into the cold air. The temperature must have dropped again.

Yeah, maybe a little. "Hah?! Don't underestimate my endurance! You shitty candy cane. I'm out here because I wanna be!" Katsuki hollered in defense.

Shoto turned his head to look at the blonde, making his body and anger weak under the weight of his gaze. Katsuki grumbled and turned away; cause honestly that's all he could bring himself to do.

"Yeah, I guess so." He whispered. "But your shivering." The boy outwardly mentioned, looking down at Katsuki's figure. Which was subtly shaking in the cool winds of November.

Katsuki released a heavy and grumpy grunt, sinking deeper into his scarf. Definitely not to hide the blush that may or may not have been threatening to spread across his face.

Then he just sat there, staring at the slightly taller student as the most precious little smile spread across his face. And Katsuki couldn't stop the rapid turning feeling in his chest from speeding up.

How stupid, geeking over smiles and the adorable red nose and blush that was paired with it. The blonde lowered his eyes. Katsuki felt lame. Katsuki felt weak...he felt vulnerable. Katsuki felt....

Warm?..

His body jolted at the sudden temperature change. He flicked his eyes eyes up at the male across from him to find the ladder staring up past the two great trees and into the sky.

It was snowing.

White petals of sky dropped from out of the clouds, landing in the area all around them and in they're hair. Shoto looked back over at him Katsuki, patting the space on the bench next to him.

The stoic bastard was trying to warm him up. It was obvious Shoto wasn't going to push, or force him. Which kind of pissed him off. But in a way, made him feel less sheepish about being such a fucking softie.

Of course Katsuki wasn't going to come closer. What the fuck does he look like? A god damn kitten? Hell no. What a piece of bullshit. He scoffed and rolled his eyes; turning his head to the side to avert his gaze.

Despite the mannerless reaction, Shoto didn't budge, he eyed Katsuki patiently, stubbornly awaiting the blondes movement. God damn it. Fine. For having this much fucking patience Katsuki was surprised he was such a hater when it came to his father.

The blonde grumbled as he sat up from against his tree, scooting closer on the bench next to the two toned boy.

Aggy ass extra. Katsuki wants to be angry at him. But in all honesty, he can't. The most negative emotion he could muster was irritation...and to his surprise, it's really not that bad.

It's nice not being able to fell unhinged around around somebody. Not that Katsuki would admit it, that comfortable cringe feeling he gets when Shoto is near is pleasant.

The clashing of they're aura's and they're powers when they're in the same arena or area. With Shoto, Katsuki doesn't feel vulnerable, or weak. That was just his reaction to others.
He feels like he can hold the world in the palm of his hand as of now though.

He feels like a king with a dependable army holding him up. It's unnatural, rare, new, and Katsuki... didn't hate it.
Dammit all, Katsuki really is in love. He huffed in defeat. Allowing his romantic emotions to float through his body for the first time, rushed and heavy.

Yet the only thing that was damaged was his pride. Man this shit really is scary. This whole finding out you've got it bad for someone bs that he's read about in his romance manga. It's absolute shit, but it's definitely real.

Though Katsuki's an asshole, he knows how to except defeat, when it's fair at least. So he gives into the urge. He scoots closer to Shoto until they're sides are touching, leaning his head on the taller males shoulder.

He can hear the small inhale of breath Shoto takes. Which in his opinion is a bit dramatic. 'Yeah icy hot, I'm surprised too. Dammit.' The boy thinks to himself. Closing his  eyes so snow fell upon his blonde lashes.

"If you tell anyone about this, I'll kill you." He adds, out loud this time. Katsuki hears the other chuckle and lean his head on top of his own, he could practically feel the dorky smile he had on his face too.

Then Katsuki dared to think to himself: Maybe this one inconvenience, wouldn't be so bad.
