"ADD ASHWINDER EGG TO A CAULDRONTHEN add horseradish and heat," Elizabeth read aloud to herself from her window seat, the sun set outside, moon appearing from behind the tall roof in front of her. If the girl squinted her eyes a bit, she could see the cars passing by in the muggle world, the road blurred with the protection spell that kept the Leaky Cauldron and Diagon Alley so hidden from curious, unwanted people. But, Lizzie wasn't squinting her eyes, instead she was furrowing her eyebrows at the words on the page. "Horseradish?"
Upon her confusion, her bedroom door was flung open, Elijah rushing in breathless, Bellamy Diggory following after. For the whole summer, the two boys had been finding ways to torment her like any smaller brother would, and it was reaching a point where Lizzie was very tempted to curse them both into oblivion. She let out a huff, getting up from her seat and slamming the book down onto her bed, raising an eyebrow at the two kids.
"What do you want now?"
"There's a letter for you..." Elijah told her in a mocking tone, making the girl confused as to how this was going to turn into some kind of prank. She was extremely scared that the two of them were going to turn into the new version of the Weasley twins, and she would be the main subject of laughter. It scared her even more than they were starting their first year at Hogwarts in just a week, and she was unable to keep the school as her home away from home.
