I was still not able to process what just happened right now. My face got numb while he kept smirking looking affectionately in my eyes.

"What happened? It's just a random question, lady. Say something.." He broke the forever lasting silence and moved his lips dangerously close to mine.

I closed my eyes tight as his breath touched my lips. But soon, the warmth went away, making me open my eyes.

He was standing with an angry face, folding his arms on his chest.

"I want an explanation, first!" He glared at me.

"For what?" I asked as if nothing happened. Dumb me.

"Comeon! Don't act oversmart with me, Nandu." He pulled me close to himself and i banged on his chest.

"Woh.. i didn't want you to.." I shivered.

"To what?" He bend again focusing on my lips.

"To.." I tried to speak, but he was making it hard for me.

Closing my eyes, feeling his breath, i finally got courage to speak.

"To judge me or compare me with my old self." I whispered against his lips.

He immediately stopped coming close, and slowly swift away.

"Seriously?" He said, fully annoyed.

I kept quite while staring at the floor, not able to meet his eyes.

"Listen.. you know why i used to disturb you or tease you or ask the same thing again and again?" He implored in my eyes, while making me face his.

"Why..?" I asked, as i genuinely wanted to know.

"It's not because you were a not so cool girl, that's why i liked to irritate and disturb you, but it's actually because... you... you attracted me."

I stared him in utter disbelief. He was attracted to me? I attracted him?

I mean i know physical features don't matter but at time i not even looked but also behaved so dumb, especially with him.

I was just gazing into his eyes without uttering a word. How can i speak when my forever love said i too attracted him?

"Say something." He said holding my right hand in his.

"What do i say? Everything just feels so unreal to me. I always wanted to talk to you, to see you laughing at my dumb things and to be with you. But, all i wondered was that, i am not at all your type." I blurted out what was true.

"How do you know what's my type? Did i ever tell you? Rest of the feelings are unbelievably mutual, Nandu. You drove me crazy and you still do." He said again leaning down towards me.

"But.. why did you not tell me that you already knew i was the same Nandini?" I asked distracting him.

"I was just playing along baby." He winked with a smirk which made me freeze at the place.

This man is unbelievable.

"Though, i didn't know from the very start. I just felt i have seen you somewhere, until you slept and..." He continued making me curious.
