We see izuku running threw the alleyways and izuku rips off his broken metal arm and stops a bit and says to himself
Izuku;i need to replace my organs somehow
Izuku then thought of a idea and starts running to the nearest hospital and when he gets there he sneaks in threw the back and goes to the organ storage and grabs the 2 red box one with a heart and another with a lung
Izuku then ties one box onto his back and grabs the other and runs out the hospital and goes back to the base
Izuku then puts himself on a stretcher and grabs a knife and says
Izuku:this shit gonna hurt and it will probably kill me which the chances of that are very high
Izuku then cuts his chest open and izuku see his own organs and see his damaged heart and izuku grabs the knife and cuts it out carefully and izuku started seeing his entire life go by and izuku grabs the box with the heart and puts it in the place of the heart
Izuku then grabs a sewing needle with a bunch of string and starts sewing his the new heart in the area and manages to do it successfully and izuku then cuts out the damaged lung and grabs the extra lung and puts it in the place of the old lung
Izuku uses the sewing needle to attach the new lung into its place and then izuku started sewing his chest back up and izuku was in total agony and managed to sew up his chest and once finishing he gets off the stretcher and says
Izuku:I did something impossible I put new organs in my body
Izuku then see his old organs and izuku gets rid of the old organs and after getting rid of them izuku says
Izuku;well now I need a new arm and something that can match that heat blade if I ever fight taskmaster And a new helmet
Izuku then starts thinking and remembers something and then leaves his place
