You just moved back in town and your about to see Kayo again after being away from her for 5 years.
Kayo's POV:
After school ended, I found myself unconsciously going to the park like always. I planed to stay there, just standing in front of the tree until 8:00 at night.
As I was standing there, I was too lost in thought to notice the figure of a girl around my height approaching me. I felt a tap on my shoulder and when I turned around, my eyes widened.
"𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚... 𝙆𝙖𝙮𝙤" she said, as she smiled softly at me.
"Y/N...?" I asked in disbelief. I haven't seen her in years! Is this some hallucination caused by brain damage from my mom hitting the living fuck out of me?
"Surprise, I'm back!" She said with a smile. I hugged her and she hugged back. "I can't believe it's really you!" I say. "Yeah, my parents unfortunately passed away so I had to move back in with my older brother, and he actually lives near by! Maybe you can visit some time." She explained.
"So, does this mean your going to enroll in the same school as me!? " I asked. "You bet! " She said as she smiles even wider.
"I missed you so much! " I say with happy tears in my eyes. "I missed you too!" She said softly, as she embraced me once more.
"I start school tomorrow!" She informs me as we start walking home together. Since we live nearby we can walk home together, but her house is a little farther than mine so she drops me off before going on to her house.
When we arrived at my house we said our goodbyes and I went inside.
I have a feeling that tomorrow is going to be a good day at school!
