Jurassic World: Elementals

New beginnings

The sun rose over the rocky walls of the valley signaling the dawn of a new day and the forest seemed to come alive with noise.

A small herd of four Brachiosaurus were seen grazing on some trees while some Parasaurolophus, Corythosaurus, and Edmontosaurus passed by.

In the distance a small group of Pachycephalosaurus were head butting in the distance.

Nearby to the herd of Brachiosaurus was a herd of about fifteen Triceratops, where a pair of males were dueling for the status of alpha in their herd.

Close to the herd of Triceratops a herd of ten Stegosaurus were grazing and socializing with one another.

However close by inside a cave a pair of glowing orange eyes opened and almost all at once the dinosaurs stopped what they were doing and looked over at the cave.

"Oh no." A male Brachiosaurus murmured as he looked at the cave.

Just then a large theropod emerged from the cave, it stood about seventeen and a half feet tall and was about forty-three feet long and had a crocodilian like snout with a large sail on it's back.

It had black markings on it's face with a primarily white body with dark purple stripes on it's legs and sail with a dark brown underbelly and markings on it's body.

"It's the Spinosaurus!" A Sinoceratops exclaimed. "Run!"

Just then all of the dinosaurs in the area ran away from the Spinosaurus as it let out a thunderous roar.

Which ended in a yawn.

The Spinosaurus walked up to a large rock which it rubbed up against the side of.

As if it was scratching an itch.

"Oh yeah that's the spot." The Spinosaurus said after he stopped scratching the itch he had on the side of his torso.

This Spinosaurus' name was Darius Bowman.

"Home sweet home." Darius said as he looked around the forestry area that was his home.

Darius walked up to the nearby river, and he then started to drink the water until he noticed a few fish swimming nearby.

He then yanked one out of the water using his claws and he dragged it out of the water and onto the shore.

Darius then ripped a chunk of fish from it's body and then chewed and swallowed the chunk of fish meat.

Just then Darius heard a rumble and he at first thought it was just his stomach growling.

However, after eating a few more chunks of fish meat he heard another rumble, this one more powerful.

"What the...?" Darius trailed off as he noticed smoke billowing from the volcano in the distance which began to spew fire balls out from it.

Just then the dinosaurs started to flee from the erupting Volcano.

"Run for your lives!" A Brachiosaurus shouted as a fire ball nearly hit it as it ran.

"Go, go, go, run!" A male Ankylosaurus shouted as he and his mate and child ran away from erupting volcano.

Darius bolted away from the erupting volcano and a fireball narrowly missed the tip of his tail.

Darius then also narrowly managed to dodge a fireball that landed right next to him.

"Volcano!" A female Ankylosaurus shouted as she and her herd fled the area, but her son was starting to fall behind.

Darius noticed this and ran up to the young Ankylosaurus and then used his arms to lift the baby up.

The young armoured herbivore squeaked in surprise as it was lifted up.
