Chapter 2:) We Finally Meet

Nero POV (Nero with Jayde)

i watched as she walked out of the school and headed to her car whose hood i was currently sitting on. My demon hand covered up with my jacket sleeve. It tends to attract unwanted attention
"Exscuse me! canyou like get-Oh My It-Its you! The guy from The woods." she said.
"Yeah. I'm Nero. Can we go somewhere private to talk? its urgent." i said quickly.
"Uh yeah, my theres an abandoned building that i stay at about 3 blocks from here. we can talk there."
"Ok. lets go," he said  walking over to the passenger side door and getting in. i got there quite quickly. and headed into the building.
"S-Sorry for the mess," she says turning on the lights and AC.
"Mess?! there isnt one thing anywhere!" I said incredilusly.
"O-Oh. why are younalways watching me during math Nero?"
"i'm not just watching you during math. I've been watching you every hour from the moment you leave for school to the moment u go to sleep. ai know its weird but i am the protector of the innocent."
"but there are millions of other innocent people to protect. Why me?"
"you'll find out soon enough." I said trailing off.
"uh.. Ok.."
"it that The Red Queen?!" she asked focusing her attention on the black case thatneverleft my side.
"Yeah. Here. I know that you like her. You've done your research on us haven't you?" i said pulling RQ out and showing her to Jayde.
"yeah, i have," she said absent mindedly reaching for the sword. the moment her fingers hit my sword it glowed. as it does when humans touch it, but she didnt pull her fingers away. it should have burned her by now. Unless. She's one of us. her attention moved from the glowing sword to my glowing arm.
"Jayde.."
"hmm?"
"you're uhh staring.." i said pulling my sleeve over Devil Bringer.
"yeah... uhhh sorry. Can i ask why its like that?" she asked slowly.
"oh Devil Bringer. I don't know why its like that. I was born with it. Just like you were born with glowing blue eyes and silver white hair."
"But You weren't born with it Nero. " she said focusing those eyes on me.
now it was my turn to be shocked.
"H-How d-do you know that?" i stuttered.
"Take off your jacket. I'll show you how," she said. I took off my jacket. she walked over to my arm gently touch the shoulder.
"there's scarring. as our body does when we are dealt a great deal of damage and doesnt heal properly. and i know your story. as a child you were hit by a strong blast of power that transformed your arm in to Devil Bringer. It's from when the Gates Of Hell were opened. you were such a curious child Nero Angelo. "
"w-what?" i stuttered.
"I know your story Nero," she whispered looking into my eyes.
"No you don't you don't know anything!" i growled pushing her away.
"Nero, i do know your story. Abandoned as an infant, saved by Sanctus, used as a demon hunter, you felt alone in this world. Then you met Kyrie. and you fell in love. she was passed away from an illness in 1650... i know how you-"
"SHUT UP!" I yelled "YOU DONT KNOW HOW I FEEL! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO LOOSE SOMEONE YOU LOVE!" i broke down in tears.
"yes i do Nero. i lost someone important to me that very same day."
"Impossible! You're only 17!" i said.
"No Nero. I was born long ago. way before this century. I was reborn 3,517 years ago."
"Who did you loose?"
"You..."
"What?! Me?!"
"yes."
"How?! Who are you?!"
"you'll know soon enough..."
my world crumbled. i dropped to my knees as she walked towards the door. The Way she talked... C-could it be?
"K-KYRIE! D-DON'T LEAVE!"
"Do you believe me now?" she said walking back to me.
"yes. i believe you! don't go! p-please!"
"I won't my Nero," she said dropping down to her knees and wrapping her arms around me.
