On the first night of their journey, the 'hunting party' decided to set up a camp inside a cave a few miles outside of Suovi. They all gathered around a bonfire made by Adran and Rosa prepared something for dinner. Rosa cooked a simple but scrumptious beef stew with the ingredients that they have.

"Rosa, this is amazing! I knew I was right to bring you along hehe", said Irina after taking a bite of the stew.

"T- Thank you, Lady Irina. Here you go, Sir Kyleas", replied Rosa while handing a serving for Kyleas.

"Yeah, can't imagine if we have to eat your cooking, Irina *laughs*. Ah I still remember that day six years ago", said Adran reminiscing.

"Hey! We don't talk about that, I'm only twelve back then! I know how to cook now, isn't that right, Rosa?", responded Irina as she looking for Rosa's confirmation.

"W- Well, maybe? Hehe", replied Rosa.

"*laughs* Even Rosa is not really sure, Princess", said Kyleas.

"Rosa, I thought you were on my side? Hmph", responded the pouting Irina.

"Don't worry about it, Lady Irina. I can continue teaching you if you want. But for now, let's eat our dinner before it gets cold hehe", said Rosa.

Not long after they finished their dinner, suddenly it's pouring outside, an absolute storm. They decided to sleep and rest for the night, hoping that the storm would let up by tomorrow morning.

Meanwhile in Radlanovia, Kyleas' friend are currently searching through the massive Radlanovian library. Gathering every single piece of recorded information on the Gvazians, from the afternoon until dawn on the next day. Upon realizing it's already dawn, they thought, "Why did I do this instead of preparing for my research trip to Solano or even prepare for my class this morning for these last few days?" Although they might already have an answer for that.

Back at the outskirs of Suovi, it's already morning and the party had their breakfast. But the storm from last night didn't seem to be letting up at all, so they decided to wait for just a little bit more. About three hours later, still no signs of the storm to subside.

"Hmm do any of you felt like the rain and the storm don't feel natural at all?", asked Kyleas.

"Well I don't really feel anything unnatural about it but the storm has been going on for way too long for an area like Suovi", answered Irina.

"Now that you mention it, I just remembered something", responded Adran.

"This storm might be caused by a high-ranking Gvazian. I've faced her once before and she is capable of creating storms like this one", he added.

"Creating storms... like some sort of weather alteration spell? Because I can't sense any mana flow coming from the storm", said Kyleas.

"Yes, but the Gvazians don't cast their spells like normal mages would. They use the power from within their augmentation devices that was implanted in their bodies. That's why you can't sense any mana flow", explained Adran.

"I see, let me try something else...", replied Kyleas as he walked towards the mouth of the cave.

Kyleas gathered some mana energy on both of his palms and then smashed them together to conjure up a magnifying glass. He then started looking out using that magnifying glass.

"Kyleas, what are you doing?", asked Irina.

"I'm trying to detect any human mana pool to see if our Gvazian might actually be close to our position right now", replied Kyleas.

"Normally I don't have to use this thing, but the storm really interfered with my mana tracking ability", he explained.

He kept on looking until he stopped at a certain angle. He quite visibly trying to concentrate on what he saw.
