Recently, Ariana found out she was pregnant and has been waiting to her son and daughter the news when she knew that her baby was healthy.
But today, was the day Y/n was going to find out she is going to be a big sister!! Ariana and Dalton had it all planned out.
First, Y/n would to get to go to Build-A-Bear to make a "Pumpkin Spice Bear" and she would put a heartbeat sound from when she was in Ariana's stomach but it would be her new sibling's heartbeat.
Then they would meet Charlie at "The Cheesecake Factory" for a late lunch/ early dinner and that's when the siblings would be surprised about the pregnancy.

"Mom?" Y/n asks as she walks into Ariana's bathroom to see if she was ready.
"Y-Y/n call 9-1-1 p-please" Ariana says as Y/n opens the door to see if her mom is okay but is met with Ariana sitting in a pile of blood.
"C-CHARLIE!!" Y/n screams for her older brother, who was watching a movie with her while Ariana was getting ready.
"What-" Charlie says as he walks in to see why Y/n was screaming for him. "Oh my god, I will go call 9-1-1"
Charlie quickly runs downstairs to call 9-1-1 from his phone. He was able to tell an ambulance to hurry as well as calling Dalton to meet them at the hospital.
Meanwhile, Y/n just stood frozen as she watches the Firefighters lift Ariana onto a stretcher.
"Y/n/n?" Charlie asks his baby sister as he gently grabs her hand to take his car to see what was wrong with Ariana. "Baby, we need to go see if mom's alright."
Y/n just looks up at Charlie before going to his car and watching as he drives to the hospital.

"M-Mommy?" Y/n asks as she enters Ariana's hospital room. Dalton and Ariana both look towards the door where the fragile girl stood.
"Baby. Come here." Ariana says as she opens her arms for Y/n. Y/n didn't waste a single second before running towards Ariana and hugging her tightly.
Y/n let out small sobs as she holds onto Ariana, thinking her mother would have been dead.
"It's okay baby." Ariana whispers as she let's her tears fall down her cheeks while holding Y/n in her arms. "I'm okay now baby."
Charlie walks in and goes over to Dalton and gives his dad a manly hug. The family was interrupted by the doctor knocking on the door letting her presence be known.
"I'm sorry to interrupt but Mrs. Gomez it seems that you had a miscarriage." The doctor says as she looks at Ariana's chart. "We do have your baby if you would like to see them."
"Y-Yes please." Ariana says as the nurses start to roll her bed towards the NICU.
Y/n just walks behind everyone trying to process everything. Dalton and Charlie we talking about something but Y/n tuned everything out when she saw Ariana holding the small 12-week-old baby in her hands.

"Y/n/n, this was going to be your new baby sibling but I don't think my body could hold the baby." Ariana says as she explains the story to her daughter. "Me and dad were going to surprise you and Charlie after we went to Build-A-Bear."
Y/n was speechless as she saw the small baby that was going to be her new baby sibling. She let the tears fall from her eyes.
"M-My baby." Y/n whispers as she walks over to the baby. "I-I-I"
Y/n couldn't get the words out of her mouth before she let out heart-wrenching sobs.
The small family of 4 just hugged and hugged each other before Ariana decided to make and announcement on her Instagram.
