He's a troll obsessed with explosives that looks like he's on crack. I love him lol.
Design: He literally looks like he be doing heavy drugs lmao. I love him. 10/10 you can't beat his design lol.
Moveset: It's ok. He throws dynamite at people, sets up little landmines, and slams his fist into the ground making a electric pulse go off which knocks people back. The landmines allows him to put a little shield in front of him, so if an enemy gets too close they get hurt and knocked back a bit, and his dynamite throwing is good too, I believe it also knocks ya back. His fist slam attack isn't bad either, I just don't use it as much. 9/10
Boomer gets a solid 9/10.
