Chapter 3

AUGUST

"It's Mikey's birthday tomorrow, do you already have a gift, Miyuki?" Shinichiro was wiping his hand with dirty clothes and was walking toward the child who was sitting on the couch

The two were currently on S.S Motors. Miyuki was eating the food she brought and Shinichiro just finished the motorcycle he found in the Philippines

"I'll bake a dorayaki cake later at night or tomorrow morning" Miyuki answered after looking at Shinichiro's sitting figure on the sofa

"You know how to bake?" Shinichiro was beyond shock after learning new information about the child in front of him

Miyuki flips her hair and smiles smugly, "of course!"

"What talents are you still hiding?" Shinichiro drank from the bottle of water Miyuki brought

"I don't know, I forgot actually"

Shinichiro just shakes his head and continues to eat his food. Because Miyuki is not going to school and just like a free bird, she's usually staying at S.S Motors during lunch and just going everywhere. He didn't question where she was going because it always happen and she was fine every time she come back

Miyuki looked at the motorcycle and tilt her head, "I'm guessing that that's your birthday gift to Jiro" and pointed at the motorcycle

Shinichiro nods his head and swallows the food, "yes, I'll hide it in the back later before Mikey sees it"

"Jiro is just half day in school though" and drink the coke she bought

Shinichiro chokes on his food. Miyuki immediately gives him the bottle of water, "What?"

"Yeah, and he said he's going straight here with Ken-chin"

Shinichiro immediately stood up and went to the motorcycle. Miyuki just watch him gets stumbled into every tool on the ground

Miyuki was chuckling every time the motorcycle was about to fall down because of Shinichiro's hurriedness.

After Shinichiro went inside the room with a motorcycle, Mikey and Draken came in

"Yo!" She greeted the two male

"Yuki-chin!"

"Miyuki"

Mikey immediately ran to her after dropping his bag on the ground. Mikey hugged Miyuki on the sofa and rub his cheek on her cheeks

Meanwhile, Draken pick up Mikey's bag and went to sit on a single sofa. He sees two sets of food, one is finished and one is not, he realized that the two haven't done eating yet

Mikey wrap his arms around Miyuki's torso and melted to her chest due to the warmth she was bringing to him

"You haven't eaten yet, Miyuki?" Draken asks looking at Miyuki who's caressing Mikey's head

"I just finished, Shinichiro said he'll just do something on the back" as she said that, Shinichiro leave the room with sweat dropping on his face

He wiped the sweat with his t-shirt which made it rise that shows his abdomen. Yes abdomen, the three won't admit that Shinichiro has abs because it will reach through his head

"Shin, what did you do? You're sweaty"

Shinichiro looks at Miyuki's smirking face. He facepalmed and walk towards where he sat. "Shut up, Miyuki"

Miyuki just laugh it off. "I was wondering, Jiro," Mikey look up at Miyuki with a wide smile on his face, "are you really half day or you just decided it by yourself then drag Ken-chin with you?"
