I freaking bolted from there to my appartment it was all fucking too much for me

After calming my heart beat i descended to my mother's bedroom to check on her

Though it was already morning 4am

I just crashed on my bed aka couch
Setting alarm at 8am i just drifted in lalala land i have to wake up in 4 hour's anyway

After getting ready i made a quick breakfast for me and my mother

Before leaving i quickly peeked into her room and saw her still in her deep slumber due to all those medicines she takes
Kissing her on forehead i headed towards my workplace

After reaching my workplace i had this very bad feeling that something horrible was going to happen

Ignoring every thought and feeling i started working my shift

After attending several clients for morning finally we had our lunch break time

But unfortunately Bishop's had finished there internship here and went back to Canada to finally takeover there companies position

I sat at far end of the two seat table and was having my lunch quietly
When my phone started ringing
Seeing Dr. Nora Khan on screen i got worried she never calls me unless it's some issue or emergency regarding my Mother's condition

Picking up the call i answered her anxiously, "he...hello Nora is everything ok ?"

"Hello dear umm actually I called you because from last report file of your mother's I found something unusual so I just called to let you know I wanted to run few tests on her to confirm my suspicion, and it need to be done as soon as possible darling"

"Is it that serious I mean I am working hard to collect money as much as possible, but still not succeeding much I...I don't know what to do anymore"

"I know dear just bring your mother today for a check up let's see what happens further............ you know I'll always help you no matter what right?"

"I do but I don't want to burden you........ you already have helped me enough, I just need some donations from charities etc but not getting any succession either"

"Don't worry we'll find a way to pay?"

"Yeah I hope so too"

Taking a long needy breath I head to my work but unfortunately I collided with bitchiest of the bitch

"Watch it, what the fuck is wrong with you? Are you blind or what?" She hissed at me

If I back answered her she'll cut my today's salary cursing my bad luck I apologised her even though it wasn't my fault exactly
Looking at me in disgust she left

Winding up my work fast I reached my apartment

My mom was watching TV when I entered she didn't even bothered to acknowledge me this is how we have been living for past one year

"Uhmmm.... Arghmmm.... Maa aaj Dr. Nora ji ka phone aaya tha unhone hume hospital bulaya hai kuch testing ke liye"

I hesitantly told my mom

"Hmm..... Thik hai kitne bake nikalna hai?"

"In half an hour"
She just nodded at me

I went to her bedroom I picked all the required documents of her and calling a cab we both headed towards the hospital

What I didn't know was this visit to hospital was going to change my whole life and not for good but for the most awaited worse thing that could possibly happen to anyone
