I have a virtual interview with Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless and I'm excited. We have some people from their production team at the house to make sure the connection and stuff is done right

"Ok mic check 1 2. Mic check 1,2,2" the producer says and I hear everything clearly so we're good to go "alright just be natural and have fun with it. They're really excited to interview you especially Shannon" she adds and that's lit as fuck that unc is excited to interview me

"Ok great" I say and my family is behind the cameras looking just as excited

"Alright and they just started so we'll be on soon" she says and I take a sip of water and a deep breath

"We're joined today by a special guest, a very special guest. I'm so excited to interview her as she's moving into the next stage of career. Joining us today is the high school football phenom, Y/N Y/L/N" Shannon says and I see my picture pop up on camera

"Happy to be here with y'all and I'm excited" I say

"4 state titles at the highest level in both states. In 2 states besides maybe Texas and Florida that produce great athletes. How did you do it and how do you feel now that it's all over" Skip asks

"Feels like she's finna open up a can of whup ass on the SEC next year" Shannon says and I laugh

"Please Shannon...let Y/N say it" he says and I love their dynamic

"When I came into high school I had a little clout but not much because what can you do with an 8th grader anyways. But schools knew I was going to be good so I started getting noticed by the season of freshman year. Playin ball in Cali and Louisiana is different because of the play styles. They more west coast with the flash and passing type offense which is fine cause imma let that thang go. Louisiana them dudes is big and quick so first I had to put on some weight. Even as a QB I knew I wanted to have some weight. Being able to take a hit is important cause I knew I was agile enough to run the ball as well. Next, is what y'all said man we goin to the boot. Finna put LSU on top again people forget we really like that cause of these past seasons" I say

"Who would you say you emulate your game the most like? Because there have been comparisons but I'm interested to see what you think" Shannon asks

"I've heard the basics and let's be real Shannon you know why that is" I say and he starts cackling

"Yea yea I know as soon as you a black quarterback you're the next Vick or Jackson" he says

"Yeah and that's coo I had a Vick jersey when I was little and ima huge fan of Lamar. I just think that just because we do similar things doesn't mean I'm finna be them. I want to make a name for MYSELF like be my own player. Respectfully, I wanna be better then them. I'm not playing football to play alongside the greats, I'm playin to show them how great I am. I wanna be the best and to be the best I gotta be better. Again though no disrespect to those guys" I say

"Of course and that's what makes you so great at such a young age y/n. You have the drive to want to be the greatest. You're not content with just making it" Skip says

"Hell Naw she ain't content with it because she wants to dominate" Shannon says

"If you had to compare who would it be though" he asks

"I'd say the pocket presence and accuracy of Mahomes you know just being under control and making the right decision under pressure. The arm strength of Herbert because I love long passes, always have. They're so satisfying when executed right. The escapability of Vick because Lamar just gon take off he ain't gettin almost sacked and then running. If the pocket collapses he's gone which works. I got some weight on me and I'm a QB first so if I can I want to throw it" I say
