''Come on focus Ryley, you have preasure on your shoulders. Show the boys you can roar too'' I sighed as I finished getting ready for AEW Grand Slam episode. We had already done Rampage episode where Daniel and I teased my face turn even more by me doing save for FTR, which tensified relationship between me and Britt. And now it was time to pull the fucking triger and make it a reality .
I was dressed in my Captain Marvel inspired gear, which I loved and looked really beautful in and I was thankful the seamstress did a fantastic job making my vision come to life, as well as I had neat curls and light make up on, which added that nice notch for my look.
Also, I was happy band Saliva, who sings my enterance music agreed to play my theme live as I walk to ring, which was mindblowing and I was really grateful for it since I knew they were busy as hell. Likewise, I was relived that when I will be in Los Angeles I would be interviewed by Renée Paquette, who was also Jon Moxley's wife.
I really wanted to sit down and tell my story and the fact that Renee offered me to do it was a blessing in disguise.
Otherwise, I was really nervous about today because today not only I would have match with Britt aganst TayJay and turn on Britt , I would also end up teaming upwith my husband and two friends and I wanted to do it perfectly.
Also, I was nervous because the event would take place in sold out Barclay's Center, which was one of the most biggest indoor arenas in Brooklyn and had hosted multiple wresting events among many other fantastic events featuring ton of talent.
Addionally, the nerves were all time high because Jared was suspended from the event after he told Tony what went down during Miami trip. A part of me was angry because it was all Sammy's fault Jared lashed out , and in my opinion Sammy was constantly babied no matter what he did and all Jared did what others wished they did.
However, another part of me understood why Tony did what he did and good thing was that Sammy also was suspended, which made me happier since finally pipsqueak faced proper music and was not above the law.
Sammy was even warned that if he lashes out more when he returns he will face bigger punishment thus he was basically in dog house while Jared was not. Also, Sammy had to relinquish AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships since Tay wanted nothing to do with him had pretty much filed for divorce and to be honest I do not blame her.
This meant that there would be new championships crowned at next upcoming events since AEW had working relationship with AAA, which was exciting situation because any pair that were intergender and who teamed up would be eligible but Tony wanted to decide formalities first, which was understandable.
Also, when Tony suspended Jared and Sammy, Tony asked me to speak in meeting with Bryan, Britt, Serena , Chris and Jonathan since we were the locker room leaders and Tony trusted us we will give the necessary pep-talk group needs right now due to recent events, which shook up locker room and backstage.
I listened to upbeat to SchoolBoyQ and Kendrick Lamar's music to calm myself down when I heard a familiar voice speak up.
I turned to see who is speaking when I saw Britt being dolled up as Snow Queen for the event, which she pulled off quite well.
