Lady Sophia Dorothea's two half siblings and third cousins once removed were Lady Caroline Matilda Carey and Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey, Duke of Langley Territory.

Lady Sophia Dorothea Howard would marry her second cousin, Lord William Frederick Howard and they would have three children, Lady Jeanette Virginia Howard, Lord William Frederick Howard II and Lord Frederick Andrew Howard.

Lady Sophia Dorothea Howard, Duchess of Gloucester Territory would die in 2385 at the age of 95 years old and she would be succeeded by her granddaughter, Lady Margaret Penelope Howard in 2385.
