A whole year later, and not much had changed. Luna and Elphaba grew closer, Galinda and Elphaba grew more hatred for each other, and the Weasley twins hung around them on occasion.

Now, Elphaba would finally get to go back. Accompanied by Nessarose, of course.

"Elphaba, you don't need to push me, I can do it myself! I would prefer if you stay as far away from me as possible, come to think of it." Nessarose said with annoyance.

"Goodbye, my beautiful girl. Stay safe, I love you very much." Their father, Frex, said, giving Nessarose a kiss on the forehead.

"Elphaba!" He called, making the green girl tense up, "take care of your sister, and try not to talk so much this year; the Malfoy's already hate me enough without your help."

"Yes, Father." Elphaba responded plainly.

He walked over to Nessarose and gave her one last forehead kiss and said a couple more parting words.

"Elphaba! Elphaba!" Nessarose said loudly, not catching her attention the first time she screamed her name.

Elphaba looked down at her, a bit out of it.

"Can I please have my trunk? I'd rather not sit with you on the train." Nessarose said, making Elphaba give her a confused look, forgetting she was even holding it.

Nessarose groaned and took the luggage from her hand, placing it in her lap and rolling away.

"Harsh." Two voices said in unison.

Elphaba turned to see the Weasley twins.

"How much of that did you hear?" Elphaba asked with a sigh.

"All of it." They said, again, in unison.

Elphaba crossed her arms with annoyance.

"Come on, the train will leave soon!" Fred said, starting to pull Elphaba to the doors.

"You don't want to walk to Hogwarts, do you?" George added, pulling her along as well.

Elphaba began to walk the same speed as the twins, looking off into the distance to spot Nessarose.

"Slytherin!" The hat announced loudly after a second of being placed on the wheelchair-bound girls head.

The Slytherin table cheered loudly, as did Elphaba; the rest of the students clapping along unenthusiastically.

Galinda Upland and Draco Malfoy shared an annoyed look.

"Fantastic, because the thing we really needed at this school was another Thropp." Galinda spat, leaning on her elbow which she neatly placed on the table.

Elphaba was out of earshot but noticed when the blonde glared at her.

"What's your issue with her, anyway?" Hermione asked, spinning around to face her.

"Since when are you 'Team Disgust-A-Fide'?" Ron asked, his mouth full of food.

"Ron," Harry said, slightly scolding his friend for the nickname before turning to Hermione, "yeah, last time I checked, you were complaining she got a higher score than you on an exam."

Hermione's face became a bit angry at Harry's words-though there was also embarrassment.

"Practically everyone calls her that! Plus, she hangs out with Looney Lovegood; I don't know why my brothers hang around with her." Ron reasoned, taking a bite of who-knows-what.

Harry was about to say something before Malfoy interrupted, "Granger's just defending her mud-blood friend. Of course, you wouldn't catch that, would you, Potter!" The blonde spat with venom.
