3rd person POV
(This takes place while no seasons are happening, with s2 and s1 contestants but no III.)

Almost everyone was in different groups. Test tube, Lightbulb, Paintbrush and Fan were talking, Nickel was arguing with Balloon, you get it.

OJ was talking with Paper about the hotel's status currently. Bills and everything. "Ugh, the hotels bills are finally starting to affect me- what do we do about that?" OJ was looking to Paper for any suggestions, but he had none. "We could charge the contestants rent, but most of us have no jobs or money... ugh..." OJ groaned, looking at the roof.

Meanwhile Knife(He/They) was talking with Pickle (also known as letting Pickle ramble to him about video games he was frustrated with,) while they walked around the hotels perimeters. Trophy was tagging along to make fun of Knife. "Ugh, the current game I'm playing is so an- oh, what's that?" Pickle was in the middle of his sentence when he saw a strange looking plant on the ground. It was blue. But not a flower, it looked more like a growing bush. But it was blue.

"What the hell?" Trophy muttered to himself concertedly. "Do we tell OJ about this? Or the Test Tube person? I heard she liked science." Pickle turned to Knife while Trophy rubbed his forehead, or... whatever you would call it. "I think we should tell Test Tube. OJ has enough on his plate already. And should we pick it to bring it to her or leave it to them to get it?" Knife asked. Trophy picked it up with little hesitation, rolling his eyes. "This'll be faster. She can study it faster."

"I guess so, but I feel like we should be more careful with it- not just picking it immediately." Knife decided not to address the fact that Trophy had picked out the tiny bush from the ground in maybe a few seconds?

Small timeskip

Knife brought Pickle and Trophy to the lab. He started pressing the buttons at random, and luckily soon enough he did in fact open the lab door. Pickle was stunned as they slid in, trophy was shocked and Knife wasn't too scared, but still slightly surprised at the speed they were brought in.

Knife took a breath in and cupped his hands around his mouth before shouting. "HELLO? IS THIS TEST TUBES LABORATORY?" An annoyed groan came from the other side of the lab. ".. YES." A voice called back begrudgingly. Knife shoved Pickle and Trophy up while Pickle held the plant so Trophy wouldn't drop it or something.

They walked across the lab hesitantly but went faster as an annoyed grumble came from who they assumed was Test Tube. She was obviously frustrated with something, so what was it? They were all quite intrigued. When they got to Test Tube, they found her messing around with an item that looked something like a calculator, but she put it down soon enough. "What do you need?" She stared at them expectantly.

"So, we found this plant thing- no idea what it is. Thought we'd ask you if you knew." Pickle held out the bush thing, and Test Tube put on gloves, wiping the condensation (or sweat,) off her glass and grabbed the plant. "Hm. I'm not very versed in plant knowledge, but I don't think I've seen anything like this before. Perhaps a new species?... oh, too bad you didn't pull out the roots."

Knife glanced at Trophy before looking back at Test Tube. "Does its appearance give off any clues of what it is, or?" He looked at her with an eyebrow raised. "No, I don't think so. But again, not all that versed in plant knowledge." She murmured the last parts out, touching the leaves. "Wait." She thought for a moment, before frowning and looking at them. "Which of you touched it, other than Pickle?"

They both turned to look at Trophy worriedly. Well, not actually very worried to be honest. "I did." Trophy finally spoke up, looking at the labs floor as he squinted his eyes in regret. "Oookay, this is probably bad. So, likely a new species, right? Well, blue in nature can be dangerous and if it's poisonous or something like that... no discovered cure. Done-zo. Golly gee, I should start working on finding a cure now- but it may not be poisonous? Agh.." Test Tubes brows furrowed as she contemplated what to do.

"Look, just do what you think you should. Whether that be look for a cure, study the plant or disregard it me and Trophy will probably be fine." Pickle finally said. Personally, Trophy didn't agree with this but he wouldn't talk back. "Alright. But uhm, you guys should probably go. Not good at working around anyone but Fan, Paintbrush and Lightbulb in all honesty." Test Tube squeezed her arm, finally putting down her serious act and looking disheveled with a bit of an anxious feeling coming off of her.

"Okay Test Tube. We'll leave if you want us to do so." Pickle nudged Knife and knew Trophy would follow, which he did. Trophy looked uneasy, uncomfortable and fearful but he pulled himself together when Knife looked back at him to make sure he followed.

? POV (last non third person pov I swear)

Shit. It wasn't there. Where could it have gone? For fucks sake, plants can't walk away! Did someone pick it? Well.. then it wouldn't be my problem, but... ugh, too dangerous. This could end everything as we know it!

And you may think I'm overreacting, but- why am I talking like someones listening to me? Agh. I'm not in that show anymore, nor any documentaries.
Ugh, its just.. hard to adjust I guess. I did spend my entire life wanting to be known, even if for bad things.

Whatever, whatever. Tsk. I walked towards the area where the plant previously laid. The roots were still there, it'll likely die soon. But the effects won't stop even if just one object touched it. Ugh, this is so annoying. Perhaps I can tell people what I know about the plant over time. Probably no one will believe me if I say the whole thing, so everyone else will have to figure it out on their own other than what I know. Only a little over time.

That would be fine. Perhaps he would leave me alone knowing that I helped. Perhaps figure out I was not interested.
