His shoulders.

Recap: We got in the ambulance and Simon closed the door. "Let's Timothy this bitch!" Simon made a joke out of his 'Zombie' brother.

We were in the ambulance going to the store to kill Sam and save us.

"You would wear that cardigan more, it really brings out your shoulders, si-" I had said to Simon in the ambulance while sitting on his lap.

"Thanks! And you should wear those..." Simon paused, looking for the right piece of clothing. "Those shoes, you should wear those shoes more, they look cute on you." Simon complemented me. I give him a kiss on the cheek as we head inside.

"Can you guys save your lovers' quarrel for later? We're trying to kill these bitches." Kate snapped.

"Why are you always so jealous Kate? you sad that you don't get any bitches?" I said sarcastically. Simon slapped his palm on the back of my head.

"What the fuck Simon?" I say.

"I got Josh..." Kate said to me.

"Oh shit, you actually got someone. Sorry for arguing with you Kate. It was only a joke in the first place, but sorry." I explained to Kate.

We headed inside.

Inside the darkened 'Grab & Bag' grocery store a display over a meat store reads 'Fresh meat' I'm gonna be honest, the store was kinda creepy at night, i wasn't used to it, for some reason everything had a blue tint. Five identical photos of Simon hang on a wall below the words 'employee of the month' I was impressed by Simon he's actually really smart, he just pretends to be dumb. In the pharmacy, Simon gathers bottles and boxes of pills.

"A few months ago, my brother Timothy had a unfortunate experience in which he ingested too much of.. a certain substance." Simon explained to us. I loved Timothy like he was my own brother. "He was dead for two minutes. But... WE GOT HIM BACK!" Simon said as he pointed at Sam and Deena.

"Kate. It's time for your closeup." Deena said to Kate.

Kate nods her head and then empties prescription bottles onto the center of the counter.

"You need to take these in order. Pile one takes the edge off, you're gonna feel like you're being fucked by a unicorn." Simon said while smiling. Josh gives him a concerned look. "Pile two is gonna bring your core temp way down, you may feel slightly sick." Simon said while enlarging the word 'why'  "Now you need to take a five minute interval between pile two and pile three. That's really important, okay? Pile three brings you down and out, so you gotta take that take-five or else it's all gonna go to SHIT!" Simon explained quickly. He's actually really smart, he just likes to act dumb all the time. He's really adorable when he's smart!

"How many of these do we have?" Kate asks Simon. "-Tons. Like a thousand." Simon answered.

"Wait, EpiPens?" Deena asked

"Epinephrine, also known as adrenaline, this is what brings her back, this is JESUS!" Simon shouted.

Deena taps a red X on Josh's chest with some of the excess blood and then hugs him. Simon Kate and I have the same X's on our chests. Simon had his arm around my shoulders and Sam faces towards us. "You guys remember half an hour ago when you guys wanted to murder me?" Sam asks us. "You don't have to do this, you can leave" she said to us.
