Setting: Abandoned Warehouse

Pro Hero: Hawks, the number 2 hero, waited in the warehouse for Dabi to arrive.
He had gotten ahold of him anonymously, and made a statement that he was interested in meeting him, and possibly the rest of the League Of Villains.
Of course, this was all part of the plan to take the league down. He was to become a spy for Endeavor, and the rest of the heroes at that.
The hero had waited for some time, before he finally heard footsteps behind him, and he turned to see none other than Dabi. He actually came.
"You're the "anonymous messenger"? What the hell is this? You, being interested in the league for any other reason than to harm us?" The burned man was immediately distrustful of Hawks.
"I have no other reason to join than what I told you, man. I've gotten interested in your league's motives. I want to learn more about all of you. Your motives are smart. I want to help you complete your goals." The blonde kept his cool for now.
"Yeah? What reason do I have to believe that? What's stopping me from burning you to a crisp, right now?"
"Information. I have valuable information on any heroes you could possible want to learn about. So, let's make a deal. You let me hang around for awhile, or at least meet your boss, and in exchange, I'll tell you whatever you want to know."
The taller individual stared at Hawks for a long, long, while. He was clearly thinking about it.
After some time, he spoke again. "Come with me. I'll take you to Shigaraki, and he will have the final say of what happens to you."
"Lead the way."

Time: 2:15 AM, Monday
Setting: LoV Hideout - Bar

It took some time to arrive. Hawks tried to make conversation with the villain, but he wouldn't respond to anything.
Once they entered the bar, Dabi pushed the winged hero forward, towards the leader, who had been sitting at the bar talking to Kurogiri.
"What is this?" Shigaraki looked at his underling with narrowed eyes.
"The anonymous messenger, apparently. He claims to understand our motives, and says he wants to help us complete our goal. You're the leader. You have all the say in what happens next."
"Is what my underling says true, hero? You really want to help us?"
Hawks' expression wasn't visible to Dabi, since the hero was standing in front of him, but his posture was completely calm and collected. He wasn't afraid, or nervous at all.
