-Get ready for a long chap!-

Shin looked at you through the mirror you where standing up looking at yourself you tapped your finger on your chin. Thinking hard very hard, you looked at your stomach debating if you should take a test. You couldn't remember if you and Shin fucked, hell even ya both did you probably where both drunk.

You looked at shin, before sighing deeply. He put his hands on your waist kissing your head from behind.

"You look perfect." 

"I-I. Shin!"

"What?"

"Nothing, just you and Takeomi have acted weird about this whole ordeal. I'm gonna do the test." You bluntly said, he let you go and you walked to the bathroom.

You sat on the floor looking at the positive test, you broke into tears. Shin came in, you showed him the plus on the test. You mumbled in your tears sobs in between. 

He picked you up, taking you to the bedroom. He then lifted you into the air smiling bright, tiredness still showed in his eyes and his face but this grin and smile you've been to dying to see since Manjiros accident.

You smiled, giggling. You finally dropped the test and wrapped your arms around his neck.  Taking his warmth, Seeing shin this happy made you happy it made you gain some hope.... Bc you knew more than anyone in  this original timeline was supposed to go the other way...

"Shin...whatever happens with Manjiro,grandpa, or anyone just know I'm always gonna be here and our child. But we're gonna pray that everything is gonna be okay." He kissed his head as you where on your feet again.

 He cupped your cheeks, his grin disappeared into a small soft smile pecking you on the lips. The nostalgia that you felt was unreal almost you missed this warm feelings with shin. But life's been crazy between school,work,manjiro,Emma,taking care of grandpa, everything life's so chaotic especially right now with everything. 

"I fell in love with you way before I even knew you."  He mumbled, taking your hand and kissing the engagement ring on your ring finger, making eye contact with you. 

Soon, tiredness took over you again. Energy being drained, you had rounds at the hospital tonight for class but you needed rest right now. While Shin made sure you were alright before he headed out. Truthfully you didn't want him to leave.  you pulled on his shirt when he got up making him stumble looking down at you he kneeled at you and kissed your forehead.
