Clay's POV
I was fast asleep, happily dreaming about chicken when Umber runs into my room. "Clay! Get up get up get up! You're going to be late for 10th grade!" I gasp and jump out of bed, running into the shower. I pull on a plain brown t-shirt, some dark blue jeans, and quickly brush my hair.
I run into the kitchen and sit down, eating frantically. Pheasant looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "You good there big bro?" She asked.
I shook my head. "Going to be late!" Umber started giggling, and then everyone was laughing. I was super confused. Then, I looked at the clock. It was only 7! School started at 8:30! I groan, finish my breakfast, and trudge to my room, taking out my phone.
(Bold means texting)
Shipping_Queen: Hey guys!
I'm_A_Wave_That_Can_Kill_You: Morning Sunny
Shipping_Queen: Wanna meet at Scorpion Café?
I'm_A_Wave_That_Can_Kill_You: Sure, why not. I'm getting in my car.
Rainforest_Queen: I'm on my way, stuck in traffic
Shipping_Queen: Ok! I called Star and he already said yes, I'm going to pick him up
Foooood: I'll be there! Let me just grab my scooter. See ya!
Everyone: See ya.
Tsunami's POV:
My alarm rang at 6:30, exactly on time. I rolled out of bed and into the shower. My outfit for today was some blue shorts, a white top, and a blue sports jacket. I pulled on some long, white-blue striped socks, and white sneakers.
I did my hair up into a ponytail, using a scrunchie. I even dabbed on some sparkly lip gloss and brushed on a bit of blue eye shadow. I really wanted to impress Riptide. Only Clay, Starflight, Glory, and Sunny knew about my secret crush. But he was just so... perfect.
I shook my head of those thoughts, checked my phone, and found a text from Sunny. I replied back, and everyone else did, so now I'm going to go to Scorpion Café, where Sunny's mum works as the boss. I love being the boss of people. Anyway, avoiding my family, I jump into my Porshce and drive off. Yeah, my mum's rich. She's a professional writer, but I hate reading her writing. It's just so annoying! I sigh and calm down. There's lots of traffic this morning.
Glory's POV
As soon as the giant clock rang the bell for half past six, I jumped out of bed and slid into the shower. Once I was done, I put on an emerald green, frilly top, matching with a mini skirt and some brown boots. I applied lip gloss, eyeshadow, and mascara, tying my blonde hair into a ponytail. I pulled on a bracelet and went outside to where Callista flew onto my shoulder.
I smiled and lifted her onto my finger, placing her on one of her stands. I made my way to the elevator and went down to the second floor of my mansion. Tsunami says I dress up too much, but what's the point of being rich if no one knows? Well, that's my motto. I grab my phone from where I left it on the couch last night. There are texts from Sunny, asking if we five should meet at Scorpion Café. I reply, agreeing.
There's also a text from Deathbringer. I give an irritated sigh and open it up.
Chat:
Deathy_Boi: Good morning, my queen. Need a lift to school?
Rainforest_Queen: I'm going to Scorpion Cafe. Stop texting me!!
Deathy_Boi: Anything for you, my queen. Meet you at your locker!
