Chapter 24: Dead In The 80's

"Holy shit!"

I dropped the papers onto the ground, they were already dead! But how!? I saw William die, and I saw everyone the proper age they're supposed to be this year. How can Michael be the same age as me if he died when we were... unless. It wasn't so long ago, but how are they alive!? And, I don't recall a Circus Baby's Pizza World. Since when did that exist? Was it something Henry and William made years ago but had to shut it down for reasons? Like as shown for Fredbear's Family Diner?

Turns out, C.C was the first to die out of the Aftons; Michael did a prank gone wrong and caused C.C to die from Fredbear's mouth. Then Elizabeth died from an animatronic from Circus Baby's Pizza World, an animatronic called Circus Baby. It's been explained that William made Circus Baby for her, so was she meant to die? Then the five children died, and... so did Charlie!? How? Charlie died when she was my age this very year. Didn't she? Soon after Mrs. Afton died, the world assumed it was a car crash, but William actually murdered her after they divorced.

But, I never recalled them divorcing!? Did they get back together after this weirdness ended? Soon after that... Michael died, from the same pizzeria as Lizzy. In a room called 'The Scooping Room', not gonna lie, he did look a little more, pale and purple lately. And lastly, William died from springlocks, the children did it for revenge.

I still couldn't help but wonder how this was possible. The family I've known for years, died years ago, like they were immortal or were never supposed to exist when I was younger. Was it true though? Maybe it was a different family. But they were all Aftons, the only Aftons I could assume would be William's family, but it couldn't be. I hear more metal robotic noises, the animatronics must be doing something down there in my basement. I walk down, I see them, fighting. Golden Freddy was yelling at Freddy, it looked like Freddy was protecting Bonnie Chica and Foxy. I wanted to intervene, but I was nervous that Golden Freddy might harm me. So I listened to the argument instead.

"We can't trust him/her/them!" Golden Freddy yelled, I knew he was keeping an eye on me...

"How do you know? He/She/They literally saved us from being dismantled!" Freddy snapped back.

"Yeah Goldie, why won't you give anyone a chance!?" Chica added which made everyone silent. Golden Freddy sighed, and then went back to the wall, sat down leaning against it and deactivated himself.

I walk in the room after the conversation ended. The animatronics stared, wondering how much I heard. I nodded and they frowned. They knew I heard them, I don't get why Golden Freddy didn't trust anyone. But then I remembered, they have dead children inside them controlling; maybe after Golden Freddy's child death, he never wanted to trust strangers again.

I had kept the gang for over a month now, they all were pretty much allowed to walk around the whole house instead of isolating in the basement. Golden Freddy was getting a little more used to me, and acting a lot less mean or lonely. But I could tell he was still onto me; anyway, could I even call Golden Freddy a boy? 'He' has a girl child soul inside him, so what would 'his' gender be? I decided to ask when he activated himself again.

"So uhm, Golden Freddy... I was wondering, since you have female soul in you, and your animatronic self is a male-"

"You want to know my gender don't you?" He interrupts, I nod. He sighs, then replies. "My main soul may be a girl, but it doesn't mean I am one as this animatronic. So, I'm a male unless I say you can say I'm a female, got it?" I nod again but quicker this time.

He then shuts his eyes, not deactivating or sleeping, I guess just thinking. I decided to do the same, I lean on the same wall beside him and shut my eyes. I imagined the times when the Aftons 'actually died'. Michael and his mean old friends putting C.C into the mouth of Fredbear causing him to be chomped. The time Elizabeth didn't listen to Mr. Afton and went up to the animatronic that was made for her named Circus Baby, soon getting scooped into her. Mrs. Afton either rumoured to have a car crash or was murdered by Mr. Afton himself after a "divorce". Michael going to the pizzeria where Lizzy died, working there and seeing two employees hanging from each room called Ballora Gallery and Funtime Auditorium. Then soon getting scooped by a "Scooper" from a room called The Scooping Room. And lastly William's death which I witnessed along with the five kids and Charlie wished for revenge.

I have to ask them I thought to myself as I open my eyes again. I have no choice, I must know the truth. So, later that morning, I grabbed the papers with the info on it, packed my bag and went to the train station to return to the Aftons household to ask them. The Fazbear Gang wanted to come, but I shook my head and told them to stay here hidden. They understood and off I went. To know the truth, but what if it wasn't true? I mean, it could've been William's parents and siblings right? But they all had the same name in the papers, there's only one way to settle this weird fucking thing, is to find out the truth.
