Chapter 3: Plan Carried Out

Y/n POV

"It is time. I slept for 8 hours. And I got around 7 hours to complete this scenario." I said to myself while motivating myself.

The other 4 hours, it's from me observing the praying mantis and finding good weapons. Now time to start the plan.

I walk to the praying mantis. As soon as I got close to it, it got alerted and try to attack me. I attack, dodged, and ran. The praying mantis starts chasing me. First, I ran into a house through the window while the praying mantis just destroy the wall and keep on chasing. I got hit by its sharp stuff but still manage to run. I did this several times before eventually striving in the big house.

The praying mantis is right behind so I kept on running. As soon as we got to the big room, I ran and make a leak on one of the tanks. The room is filled with smoke but I make my way through. The praying mantis stop to search for me. Unfortunately for it, I already set a match on fire and threw it inside. I ran to get further before the explosion. The explosion happen and I got thrown away to a wall. Not much pain and wound, so no worries.

I look at the big house that is now just a pile of ruins. That huge explosion did much stuff. I waited and waited, and finally.

I sat and give out a sigh of relief.

"Wow, I didn't think you'd do it," Ilyang said as he appeared behind me.

"You're late," I said.

"Well, I'm a busy Dokkaebi," Ilyang responded.

"Says the one with 5 viewers, haha."

"Watch your mouth! And anyways, it's not 5 viewers anymore!"

I look back and am surprised by the number of stars there. There might be around 20, 50, no 60, maybe more. I don't know! I'm too tired and lazy to count right now.

"To think that you'll use human furniture like that. Creating a huge explosion in a single place and covering the monster with ruins. The monster might survive it but it's gonna die anyway." Ilyang said in surprise.

"You don't even have any good weapons!"

"Yeah, and I'm still alive," I said while I drink a bottle of water. I've never felt this tired, ever since I last ran a marathon.

After several minutes, I began to get back to my normal state. I soon remember about my profit.

"Ilyang~ Remember the deal?" I asked him while smirking.

"I was hoping you'd forget about that. But, alright. What do you want?"

"Tell me about the things I can do," I said.

"Alright, but wait." After a while, Ilyang soon looks at his channel and says "Thanks for watching."

The channel closes and we start talking again.

"I can let you use the Dokkaebi Bag. And put something you want to an auction since it's part of the scenario gifts." Ilyang told me.

"Alright, then can you put the most worthy thing from the giant praying mantis at an auction? I want only something useful for me in the trade. And then put the rest for sale." I said.

"Wish granted. And don't forget that." The Dokkaebi said.

"I guess that's all. You should be going to the location of the second main scenario." Ilyang said.

"Alright, thanks. And bye!" I start walking away with the supplies I had.

Ilyang disappeared.

It's been hours since that incident. I kept on walking and walking while not knowing where to go.

(I should have asked for directions.)

As I kept on walking, I eventually arrive at a place with poisonous fog. I quickly hold my breath after entering.

I start running around to find shelter. But before that... I decided to go to a supermarket to get supplies.

"Let's see here." I look at the shelves and fridges. "I'll need this, and this, and that, everything I could get. Thankfully, there are plastic bags that I could use." I start taking everything I could and start running again.

It took me a while before I found an underground place that have a small opening. I could get inside, so I did. I ran inside by sliding through and start walking.

After minutes of walking, I arrive at a place where I could see many people. There are kids, women, and men. All of those people are survivors of the first main scenario. Meaning, they're all probably murderers. But who knows? Maybe some of them kill bugs like me.

I soon arrive while carrying a bunch of food. I walk to an empty place and sat there. I could see some people looking at the food I brought. A kid with his mother look at the food I brought. And they looked like they didn't eat properly.

I took out a chocolate bar and bread. Then, gave it to the mother and kid. They take it and looked very grateful. More people come and I start distributing my food, I only left the food in my bag for me.

I saw a child with some people. I walk toward them and gave them food.

"Thank you for your help." The woman said.

"No problem. And here, for you." I said as I give her what was left in the plastic bag.

"You could share this with your friends. I already distribute many to the others."

"Thank you. My name is Sangah Yu. And this is Gilyeong Lee." She said.

I look at the kid and give him a headpat. "Nice to meet you."

A man came from behind and shake my hand. "My name is Hyeonseong Lee. Thank you for your help."

The kid tugs my shirt and I look at him. "How 'bout you, sir?"

"Don't worry about me. I already have my own supply inside my bag and I already ate." I replied.
