The day of the party came quicker than I would have liked . I sighed as I put on my chosen outfit, I could not help but be lost in thought as I looked myself in the mirror .

Did I really want to go to the party? I still considered Christina, my friend but something within me had changed . I smiled slightly trying to be positive.

I ran downstairs after I was done mom and dad just looked at me and started gushing about how beautiful I looked . I became a bit flustered by their rain of compliments .

" I have to go guys love you " I kissed both their cheeks and walked away to the garage to go and get my baby . I took my car and drove off, on the way I listened to thousand miles cause why not .

The mansion the party was held at came into view after an hour, yes it took me that long to drive there . I parked my car and walked in , the music blasted loudly from the speakers and I could see some teenagers grinding against each other .

They all looked intoxicated truth be told and I could not help but frown, the smell of alcohol was making me feel nauseated.

I gagged a bit until my sight landed on the girl that threw the party , she seemed to feel my stare as she returned it . Christina, looked beautiful as always, her along with her two friends .

She walked closer to me, " hey sweetie" she said hugging me, her embrace felt cold unlike those from before . It seemed there was some distance between us, what baffled me was that this distance was caused by a boy .

A boy I was not even dating yet. I smiled thinly, " hey great party " I tried to start a conversation . She looked at me and nodded , " I know, do you want  a drink?" She asked hopefully .

I was not one for drinking alcohol but I thought it was just one night, why not have some fun? .

So with my mind made up I nodded , I  don't know what was mixed in my drink but the taste was appalling , I could not even taste the sweetness .

I drank my first drink with a frown on my face , Christina, looked at me with a smirk  giving me an uncomfortable feeling . " How does it taste?" She asked , I smiled at her , " it tastes awful" while saying those words I pulled out my phone and quickly sent a message to Alec, along with opening my location .

I knew the girl was planning something bad , I was neither stupid nor naive . The aura around her said it all and by the way I had began to feel dizzy I knew she had put something in my drink .

I looked at her trying not to show any change in my demeanor, " Christina, I'm I your friend?" I just had to ask , I wanted to know . My curiosity was clawing at me ," yes " she replied with a cold face .

" Only when it benefits me" I laughed mockingly at that , I should have known . My phone chimed and I looked at it , and to my relief Alec, was here .

My body finally gave in and I passed out.
