"Ohh I think I know what this is" she says sighing in relief

Does she really?
Has nick already told her??
I think I would've recalled him telling her, he would've brought her over so she could see what he was trying to explain.
Does he have another Wesson he goes to for help? Monroe thought angrily before shaking that feeling out of his head and swallowing before she had the chance to speak again.

"you and nick are together right?" She says a smile on her lips.

"Don't worry I'm a lesbian so we're on the same team here"

she beamed at him as he stumbled for words flustered beyond repair
"I knew something was up with you two but I just didn't want to bother nick with my questions, he seemed like a lone wolf type before he started talking about you with me, and boy was he just non stop-there were times where he would lay on the couch and would just tell me about you" she laughed as Monroe spluttered about looking for his words.

"Juliette!" He found them and she stopped mid laugh noticing his demeanor change, his back hunched forward defensively like a cat.

"yeah" she squeaked out.

"I'm not-we're not......together" he slouches relaxing a little, a look of sorry-ness crept onto her face as he became distant lost in some memories of those drunken nights when they inhaled each other's scent and became more drunk on each other than whatever they were drinking, after a moment shame crept across Monroe's face, for thinking of a freind like that and for thinking he ever had a chance with a man like that.

Juliette took hold of her freind's hand snapping him out of that headspace

"for what it's worth" she paused as he looked at her "all I said about what nick does when he's not with you was true, he talks about you nonstop, I'm surprised I didn't recognize you just by what you were wearing" she chuckles softly as she squeezes his hand and let's go he chuckles turning that thought around in his head before starting the car.

"Why don't we get some coffee before we start brainstorming?" He says already in a better mood than before as Juliette squeaks out a "yes please".

While at the coffee shop they manage to draw out a timeline of events on several napkins while waiting for their coffee..

So far their timeline is as follows:

Nick leaves Juliette's at 2:30 pm

Nick arrives at Monroe's at 5:30 pm and stays till 8:30 pm (he lied about when he left Juliette's)

Nick is presumed dead at 4:35 am

And

Nick is publicly announced dead at 10 am

They left shortly after getting their coffee with a concise plan of action.
Monroe was going to the mourge and Juliette was going to find Monroe's freind Rosalie to find the truth about what Nick was doing. Saying she was scared was an understatement.
