"Ya", she said, playing with a loose strand of hair," he doesn't seem dangerous."
"I think someone has a crush."
"maybe", she admitted blushing,"But, I'm not good enough for him."
"YES YOU ARE!"
"NO I AM NOT"
"YES, YES YOU ARE" I demanded.
She was immediately silent.
She took off her sunglasses and closed her eyes.
"I just.... wish he like me..." she said sadly.

*Taylor's POV*
Rain slowly started to fall. The cement pathway that went from the street to the pack house turned from a chalky white to a dark gray. I crossed my arms bracing myself against the cool breeze and sighed. He would never like me, I thought to myself. He is to good for me. I slowly opened the front door, and tried to close it with a little noise as possible. Christine had to run back to school to get her math book. I slowly snuck up the stairs and slid into my room. It was quite large... but not as large as Chrissie's. It was painted light purple and white. My was bed on the back of the room facing a flat screen TV and other random necessities a room usually has.
I took off my sunglasses and set them on my nightstand.
Someone knocked on the door and I knew right away that is was Chrissie.
"Come in" I stated simply sitting Indian style on my bed.
Chrissie came in and took her normal seat, across from me.
"Ok, sooo I want you to be completely honest... we are best friends, so no secrets"
"Ok" I said hesitantly.
"Soo. What do you think of Max?" She questioned... but I had a feeling she already knew the answer.
I took a deep breath and blushed "Do I like him Chrissie? I LOVE him... and I don't know him. Chrissie... I think... he is my... mate"
