Chrissie's POV
"HE IS YOUR MATE!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? how? when did you find out? why didn't you tell me sooner?", I asked in a rush.
You could she the thoughtful look on her face, she was contemplating where to begin.
"Well... I thought he was super cute in history. Then in gym class, we had swimming, and thats when I looked in his eyes and felt the connection, the sparks. Ohh Chrissie, its everything you have been told but a million times better! Its just so hard to believe... I don't know why we didn't realize in history. Its just weird." She stated shyly blushing a crimson red.
"Taylor, I could not be happier for you! Your so lucky that your 18! UGH! I have to wait a few more weeks to have the remote possibility of finding my mate! Wait, actually... my birthday is next week!" I realized excitedly, and effectively changing the subject. As much as I want to know about her mate, I don't want her to feel like I'm pushing her to give me all info right away!
She smiled and gave me a hug, realizing what I had done.
"now, lets get ready for the meeting" I said grabbing her hand and pulling her off of the bed.
A half hour later I was in my room
Tonight the after the meeting there would formal dinner, as a welcoming 'party' for the new wolves.
I picked out a knee length, simple strapless black dress with a silver waist belt. I also wore a pair of black stilettos. To top it off I put on silver bangles, with a matching necklace and earrings. I curled my hair and applied some light make-up. I stood in front of the mirror to admire my work.
Taylor walked into my room. She was wearing a white blouse, with a blue ruffled skirt, and a pair of black ballet flats, her blonde hair was straightened. Along with that she wore a white bracelet encrusted with blue opal. To put it simply, she looked stunning!
"Ready?" She asked linking her arm with mine and starting to walk down hallway.
"As, I'll ever be" I sighed and continued walking towards the meeting room.
This was going to be interesting
