Third-person Pov:

When Dominic went to the hospital to receive his wife's results he was so happy.

For the first time in many dark years.

He felt genuine happiness.

He couldn't believe that he was blessed with a child of his own in his life.

He finally had someone to finish his legacy.

He finally had something of his own.

Not taken by force.

He was ready to go home and hug his wife spinning her around and thanking her for the blessing she gave him.

He was ready to apologize to her regardless of her betrayal and her manipulation that she loved him.

He was ready to finally give in and love her.

When he got a call from the men who took care of Rahol's body that they found some serious things on his phone he hurried to them to find out.

The first thing that he saw was his conversation with Ilan.

He opened his eyes to see the last message that she sent him and he felt the betrayal all over again and ten times worse.

He closed his eyes trying to control his anger.

His nostrils flared.

His breathing got disturbingly loud.

All the genuine contentment was turned into rage.

Be ready to be a father

Be ready to be a father

Be ready to be a father

Those were the words echoing in his mind

And with each word he grew angrier.

All he could see was red.

"Boss?" One of the men was worried about his state

He turned around and shot him in the head.

He walked to his car and started drinking every liquor he could put his hand on that was laying in his car.

She was the only reason he drank.

He drank so much just to forget that feeling.

Dominic come on no bitch can get you in this state.

Don't be a pussy!

His inner demon yelled at him and he listened.

He always listened to his demons.

He always gave in to them.

That's what made him who he was now.

By the time he reached home, he was a drunk mess.

He barely walked to his wife and when he saw her small figure he couldn't believe that she was the devil himself.

He couldn't believe that she played him.

But it was true.
