He changed .
He really did .
She could see it in his eyes and his actions.
He softened towards her .
He took her on dates and apologized.
But one thing he couldn't do was redeem.
He had sinned so much he thought that Allah hated him and won't forgive him.
She tried to make him pray with her or read Quran ( Muslim holy book) with her but he always said that he was sorry but he can't do that.
Her heart started softening towards him.
When she got to know him who he really was she knew that he wasn't born a beast but he was made one.
His mother only married her father for mafia business and she was a gold digger .
She never cared for him and he never felt loved .
His dad on the other hand loved his sons but never expressed it.
They respected their father and loved him but they were never affectionate.
He started setting her free .
He let her go to the grocery store or to the beauty salon with Ines .
Ines was 5 months pregnant and she was so happy for her sister.
She wanted to care for that baby as her own.
Dominic took her on dates whenever he wasn't working.
He was gentle with her to make her love him just like he loves her .
But she will never love him the way he loves her .
He was madly in love .
He wanted to breath the same air she breathed.
He wanted to hold her all day and all night.
He wanted to sleep next to her for an eternity.
He wanted to protect her with all his power.
He wanted to hide her from his dark world .
She was the light to his darkness
That's what he always told her every night before they slept and every morning.
She grew tired of that sentence because she doesn't know the feeling of being pulled from the darkness to the light.
He was her beast .
Her saviour.
Her monster.
Her husband.
"Mi corazon I booked a flight for the four of us to Indonesia. You and Ines love that place right?" He was hugging her from behind while she was cutting onions for dinner madly blushing .
She can't believe that he remembered that.
She was just casually talking but he remembered that and it warmed her heart.
"Oh my god are you serious?" She turned around her eyes almost popping out of their sockets.
She couldn't believe that she was going to Indonesia with her bestfriend and their husbands.
A dream of every duo .
"Yes I am serious." He chuckled kissing her jaw .
