Unable to find an answer for the awkward experience, James looked at Hayden as if pleading for help.
Hayden got the memo and stomped over to James and Zeke like an upset girl.
"Get your dog paws off him," Hayden ordered. Zeke's smirk grew wider, provoking Hayden much more than he was before.
Before James could react, Hayden's fist came crashing into Zeke's face.
Zeke crashed to the floor, but not alone; he dragged Hayden down with him. Zeke managed to land a few punches on him, and fairly good ones at that.
James couldn't really tell, he wasn't very big on fighting.
Hayden quickly recovered, and punched Zeke many times. All of a sudden..
CRACK.
Zeke's nose had been completely broken. He groaned in pain and Hayden removed his grip on him. With bruises starting to form on Hayden's eyes and jaw, he proudly smirked and wiped his mouth clean from any blood.
Satisfied with his victory, Hayden started to walk out of the room but was abruptly halted by some of the school's staff.
James stood rooted in his spot, not leaving his chair. He also did not bother to ask Zeke if he was okay, because in James' eyes, he deserved it.
