You can learn a lot by what kind of people are in libraries. I sat a table by myself, of course, and started to observe the people. The room wasn't unsettlingly quiet like public libraries but it was quiet because there wasn't many people. The library had two, no three types of people. The first was people who actually came to do homework or study, they were on the computers or studying with books quietly. The second type of people were those who came for a cool place on this hot day to talk and have some what loud conversations for the library. These people usually played games on their phones or sat within a circle next to friends. The last type of people were those who people watched, which included me. I didn't usually come to this place with an awkward aura but the day was so hot that I thought I would melt.
I lived in California so it wasn't as if I was unfamiliar with the heat. The first hot day of the year was upon us and I couldn't stand it.
