"You've seen Kagami fail to stop me. You should very well know how this will turn out," he grunted, slim fingers gliding up his nose to push the plastic frame that lay on them.

I just shrugged my shoulders at him, not all that bothered about his comment as I waved a blasé hand in front of my face. "I'm not Kagami though," I grinned, hand coming down to smack his right shoulder as I bid him farewell in favour of going back to my position.

I stared into the steely eyes of their point guard, neck cracking as I lightly regarded him. However, my voice addressed his friend behind me as I spoke loud enough for him to hear me.

"After all," I smirked, breathing slowing down as my body visibly relaxed. "My brother is a member of the Generation of Miracles. What makes you think I don't know a little thing or two about you?"

At first, If someone asked him whether Kai was a girl or not, he wouldn't of been able to answer them. Now, though, it was as clear as day to him. Others....not so much. Namely Ka-

"Oi! What the hell are you wearing?!"

-gami.

They ignored him and continued on their path towards the water. "Hypocrite," they tut, arms folding over their chest. "Who wears swimming trunks to an Onsen?"

"WHO THE HELL WEARS SOME SORT OF BATHROBE?!" He screeched, jumping out of the water to point an accusing finger to them, just as they submerged one foot. "Plus, I've never been to an Onsen before. It's my first time," he

grumbled, lowering himself back into the water.

It was, in fact, strange. The weird choice of clothing Kai wore, that is.

It was a bathrobe of sorts, with rolled up sleeves on his shoulders and the length stopping just above mid-thigh. It would've been weird, had the material not been that of a towel with a slim belt loosely wrapped around his waist.

The robe was loose enough for them to see the bandages that lay across his chest. Kai had tried to pass it off as 'scars', but Kuroko knew better.

"All these fine- GOOD LORD! YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED!"

Kuroko had never seen such a heavy nosebleed.

It was cold. Why was it cold?

He shivered, shoulders quivering as they attempted to adapt to such a drastic change in temperature. Why the sudden cha-

"I know what you're doing," they seethed, hands clenched at their sides as they stopped walking and stood at his side. Face forward, not looking at him, but addressing him all the same. "Do it, and I'll crush you into oblivion."

His thick prominent eyebrows, shot up in mock surprise as his lip curled into a disgusting smirk. "Oh? And what am I doing?" He pressed, smirk widening as he saw the way their hands clenched.

"You know what you're doing. I'm giving you a chance to stop now, before I crush you," they hissed, eyes ablaze as they bore into his own slimy orbs for the first time.

He felt his heart beat fast for a second before he willed it to calm down. Who was he to get scared?

"And why would you crush me? I still don't fully understand what it is exactly that I've done wrong~!" He hummed, forefinger coming to rest on his chin as he taunted them.

Let this be said, and listen closely for this is a once in a life time opportunity. Never again will these words be uttered.

Makoto Hanamiya was not one to be easily scared. Not one to be easily bested. And certainly not one to take orders from others. So, tell him, how could such a simple minded fool, have him doubt his victory? Ok, so, sue him for wanting to know why exactly they thought they were going to crush him. He had an idea of sorts, of course he did, but he wanted to hear it from their lips.

"You hurt Teppei."

He was expecting that. Not the fist to the gut that followed.
