Ethan had went below deck to take a phone call, while Bianca laid on the deck looking at the horizon. It was probably just after two in the afternoon and the sun was hot.
Taking a couple of pictures, as she was dressed in a bikini she sent a few of the pictures she took in the past few days to Alice as she promised.
'Beautiful!' Alice replied almost immediately.
'Thank you ❤️' she replied.
'Be safe.' Alice sent back.
'I will, and you as well.' she sent back.
"Do you want to take a swim?" she heard Ethan saying and immediately all her lighting was gone as he towered over her lying form.
"Sure, is it safe?" she asked.
"Of course, I'd never suggest it if t wasn't." he said in an obvious manner.
"Okay then, let go." she said getting up.
Jumping into the cold water that seemed to change temperature as they entered, she sighed as she thought about the things she'd done thus far. Never would she ever had thought she'd be diving off of a boat in the middle of two islands in Greece with a strange man she's been sleeping with.
Logical thinking Bianca would not have been done this. She would have calculated the chances of him being a psychotic killer and take her chances find her way on her own, or better yet, remaining in France where she was accustom to.
"Put these on." Ethan instructed, handing her a goggles.
Following instructions, she placed the goggles on her face and he took her hand taking her to the bottom of the water.
Taking in the beauty of the underwater life, she at that moment wished she was a fish only having to worry about being the next meal of a big fish.
Such weird wishes we usually make just to wish we weren't have to go through the things we do. But after the things Bianca had been through, she had made more of those wish than she could count.
Holding back the tears that threatened to fall, she made her was back to the surface. "Are you okay?" Ethan asked after following her.
"Yeah." she said nodding her head.
"Do you want to go back up?" he asked.
She was sure only fifteen minutes had passed for the most with them being in the water. "It's okay you can stay in." she said leaving him.
Going back onto the deck, she wrapped her towel, and placed her earpods in her ear, listening to music.
She must have fallen asleep soon after because she didn't even finish listening to the first song, but when she opened her eyes, he play list of almost one hundred and thirty songs ending.
"Goodmorning sleeping beauty." Ethan sang walking over to her.
It was already five o'clock when she woke up and for some reason, the sky already looked a lot darker.
"Hey." she said not bothering with he sarcastic greeting.
"Lunch?" he asked offering her a fish sandwich.
"Thank you." she said not really having an appetite but her headache forcing her to do otherwise. She took the sandwich. "Ethan?" she called his name not looking at his face.
"How do you know Evangeline?" she asked.
"She's the daughter of the man who owns one third of the other half of Greece." he said but even though he didn't really answer the question, she understood that he needed to know his competitors.
