"Good morning babe." I said when Jc opened his eyes.

"Morning." He said and kissed my cheek.

"Are you excited for today?" He asked and smiled.

"YES!" I exclaimed while standing up in bed. Jc just stared at me like I was crazy, and then I started jumping up and down while started laughing at me.

"Come on and join me lazybones!" I said while jumping and laughing. I felt so energized and full of happiness. After only a second he was up on his feet, jumping along with me. We eventually stopped and started kissing instead. I wanted to be like this forever, but we had a whole city to discover, so the kissing had to stop, for a while at least. We got ready and got down to eat breakfast. I was amazed of how beautiful this hotel was. As we ate I listened to the sounds of others conversations, not understanding a single word. But still, it was beautiful. I was so eager to get out on the town that I just stuffed the food into my mouth without actually feeling any taste.

"Jc can you eat any faster!?" I said and felt impatient.

"Hey we're not in a rush babe." Jc said and chuckled. I sighed loudly and he laughed once again.

"No I know we're not, but I just want to get out and explore everything Paris can offer."

"Okay, okay I will hurry since you seem to be in such a good mood." He said and took what was left of in his sandwich in his mouth and could barely keep it closed.

"You're such an idiot." I said and laughed at him.

We were walking down Avenue des Champs Elysées and I f elt ecstatic. The rush of the city made my heart beat faster. Even though Los Angeles and San Antonio are big cities, and Los Angeles is bigger than Paris, it had a whole other atmosphere than what I was used to. The sun was shining and people were wearing amazing fashion that I could only dream of wearing. I was normally not one to care for designer clothes, but a girl can dream right? We walked hand in hand and I felt that my life was absolutely perfect right now. I was in the city of love, with the boy I loved the most.

"What are you smiling at?" Jc suddenly asked and I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Nothing." I said and kissed him on the cheek.

"Maybe we should go to Paris more often." He said and chuckled. After an hour of walking into store after store I realized Jc was getting a bit tired of it, so we decided to go to a park called, well something fancy I didn't remember. There were a lot of people in the park but we found a spot we could sit down at while getting some privacy. Jc put his arm around my waist and pulled me close as I rested my head on his shoulder.

"This is what I love about life, exploring new places, seeing new cultures and experiencing something different." He said and sounded as excited as I felt.

"I know, I think I'm in love with Paris after just a few hours of being here." I said.

"I love that I am here with you, and not anyone else."

"Who could have imagined a few years ago that you and I would date? I mean seriously." I said and looked at him.

"No one probably. But I am glad that I found you, and that I stopped being such an ass."

"I am glad you stopped being a jerk, and I am glad that we found each other even through that period. Maybe that first year made us stronger than ever, even though I wouldn't want to be in that place again, but I think that's what really made us a strong couple. We know we can, literally, fight through everything." I said and gave him a little smile.
